Founder Twilight Sparkle ✨ 8,527 October 3, 2011 Founder Share October 3, 2011 As has already been mentioned, IP.Board has a built-in mobile theme which should get the job done well enough for accessing this place from your phone. If it's not showing up on your phone automatically, switch to it manually. Your other option for getting on here is the IP.Board iOS app. As I don't have an iOS device, I've never actually had the chance to try it myself. I've heard mixed things about it, but to my knowledge, it's really just the mobile skin with a couple of extra features on top - most notably, push notifications. The "mobile" column of your UCP's notification settings refers to the IP.Board app. There is another app for accessing forums called Tapatalk. I personally don't like the fact that you guys have to pay a third-party for the app, but it won't cost me anything to install here and people generally seem to really like the app. You'll just have to be okay with Tapatalk turning a profit off of our humble little community. Does anyone else think it'd be a awesome to have an android/iphone app for this site? I think it'd make it 20% coller, but that's besides the point... Don't get me wrong, an app for the site would be pretty cool, but costs and time are factors in play.... People do donate to the site, they're in a special group called "Donors" I think it's mostly about the Time factor though, apps take time to make, and a lot of people are pretty busy around this time of year, with it nearing the holidays, and shortly after a lot of people have exams... The mobile version of the site apparently works, lag free, so I have reason to believe that an app for the forums would just be unnecessary work.
