"Though I agree with you that we need to be careful, we need to also make sure we don't seem shifty." Jenna pointed out "If we cause someone to call police on us, we could as well go to a town square and scream 'Talon come get us'," "So in another word, be careful, but don't look like you're being careful."

"Yeah, that's true," Oliver agreed, biting his lip at the idea of getting arrested. "Just act really casual."

He grinned at Jenna. "That means no flying or breathing fire, got it?" he asked, clearly joking.

Jenna chuckled "I try my best, but no promises." it was actually harder than one would think, but one's life was pretty good motivator. She opened her mouth but stopped before saying anything, then grinning humorously "I tried to counter with something clever but I realized I don't know any only-human things."

Oliver smirked and gently pat Jenna on the head. "I'll be sure to teach you some human-only things as we go on then."

He grinned at her. "Teach me some dragon-only things as well, I'm really interested."

Jenna grinned back, the patting had made her blush slightly, it felt weird to be okay with it "I will if anything besides the obvious physical differences comes to mind." she started hopping back to the car "Let's continue in the car, you need to eat up so we can keep moving." she would have liked to stay there longer but they needed to keep moving.

Oliver smiled and helped Jenna to the car, giving her a hand getting in. He got in the driver's side and reached for some food in the back seat.

He got a sandwich and started biting into it. "Where should we go next?"

"We'll continue on the road to same direction as before, we should be able to reach the city today if everything goes well."  Jenna replied "There we need to visit a specific post office where we can get some things for you."

Oliver nodded and started the car back up, pulling out of the station as he kept eating. "A specific post office?"

He made sure no cars were coming before pulling onto the road. "Where'll we find it?"

"I'll give you directions when we get there." Jenna said "I know only the general location and I need to see the city before I can actually say any accurate directions because I have never been there before."

"Good idea," Oliver said, driving on and soon finishing his sandwich. "I haven't been either, so it'll be best if we both have a good idea of what the place is like before we start looking for somewhere specific."

"Or have any idea in general." Jenna added "But don't worry, this isn't the first time I'm doing something like this, so it shouldn't take long for me to figure out where we are going." she lowered the back of her seat a bit

Oliver nodded and kept on driving. "Just relax your leg, I'll get us there."

He looked around as he drove. It was much easier in the daylight, which he was thankful for. "How many times have you had to do this?"

"To go a unknown city and know where to go?" Jenna asked but replied right away "This is the third time, but only the second during my time as rogue." "First with the Talon's test, then your city." "Though for the first one knowing it right away wasn't a requirement."

"I guess, since you had others to do it for you," Oliver guessed, shrugging as he drove. "I guess we'll have to figure out this next one together then."

He smiled at Jenna. "But I won't abandon you there or anything."

Jenna smiled "Thank you for the promise." "Not that I was worried about that." "But to correct you a bit, the reason why the fist one wasn't a hurry was because I was pretending to be new to town anyway."

"Well it looks like it worked," Oliver pointed out, "for the most part, at least. No one seems to be following us now."

He checked his mirrors, just in case he was wrong, but so far all seemed quiet.

Jenna just nodded and looked out of the window, the topic brought up memories to her "Do you think those I called my friends wonder how I'm doing?" "I know they probably have been told some fake story about why I left to make sure they don't try and find me, but I wonder if at least one of them still thinks about me."

Oliver looked at Jenna, a little surprised at her question. He didn't think she'd be worried about something like that.

"I'm sure at least some of them do," he said. "You're pretty likeable, after all."

"Well, that doesn't necessarily mean anything, after all, I was pretending to be someone else back then, they know a different Jenna than you do." Jenna pointed out "I just think about it sometimes and wonder if they miss me." "Because I do miss them."

Oliver nodded. "That's normal. You spend enough time with someone, you start to get attached to them."

Though something she said made him curious. "A different Jenna? I hope this is the real one then."

"Well, it is the realest I can be, since I don't need to hide anything from you." Jenna assured "But I'm not sure if even I myself know my truest me, since it's just a fact that Talon's brainwashing has had its effect, even if I don't believe anything they say."

"Well, hopefully we can get that out of you somehow," Oliver said, and put a hand on Jenna's shoulder. "You don't have to hide anything from me, just be totally honest and real about yourself."

He grinned. "Except maybe growing wings and breathing fire."

Jenna grinned shortly at Oliver's last comment "I know and I agree, but if I am ever to become what I would have been without Talon, it will take many years, possibly ever longer than your lifespan." "Though now that I think about it, if we ever manage to have a life without worrying about Talon constantly, you may actually help bring that side of me out."

Oliver smiled at Jenna. "I'd love to try. I dunno why, but I think some of it is already coming out, if you're starting to miss people you used to hang out with."

He looked ahead at the road. "It might not take as long as you think."

"I wouldn't say that's that." Jenna argued "After all, my problem with Talon in the first place was that I started liking my friends at all." "They weren't even supposed to be my friends, they were only supposed to think we were friends." "And me missing them isn't a new thing, this is just the first time I could say it out loud to someone."
