Ruby said dismissively "If you think I would do anything without knowing Calti will survive it you are really no different from other ponies." she said sounding almost hurt "Calti isn't the first creature to be on top of me while I fly, she just is the first one I actually care if she falls off."

"Because you lack the senses to do so." Ruby answered to Somnus's first question, "Though it seems to be common thing with sentient creatures for some reason, the lack of good senses I mean."

"I have no idea why we heal faster than most creatures, my only guess it is something to do with the ancient magic in us, the same one I use to transform and seal doors."

Ruby just shrugged, it was one of those things she didn't know for sure.

Calti lazily jumped off Ruby and started washing her paw, looking at fluffball now and then, waiting for him to come closer, since he always ran away when she tried to do so.

Calti poked Fluffball to her usual manner to see if the ball of fluff would run away.

Ruby said "But you can't exactly have fridges in caves, and when living in nature, we don't collect food, we just hunt, eat what we need, and leave the rest somewhere where it attracting other creatures isn't a problem." "And that what I did back then, and if something died on my territory, I ate it or moved it somewhere where it wasn't a problem to me." "And no, I don't cook or otherwise prepare my food, until you count keeping it in blood as preparing."

"I actually would guess it's relatively common." Ruby replied "I have noticed that many ponies judge you batponies based on the small minority of your kind." "And he probably found it laying on the ground, tiny creatures are good with finding things from the ground."

"Like said before, I can't tell which one of you would win a fight, since I have never sen him fight" Ruby reminded "But I know that you were to become enemies, there would most likely not be a fight, as he has his hooves on poisons strong enough to take down a dragon, and countless ways to get said poisons into you." she ignored his conversation with Fluffball.
