How was Rainbow Dash meant to get home in Read it and Weep?

Just rewatched this episode and it hit me Rainbow Dash lives in a cloud home and the Doctor had her checked out in a wheelchair with instructions to stay off her wing for a week. So where was she meant to live for that week till she healed enough to get up to her home?

As for me I like to ask questions because when other people offer ideas and suggestions you can find somehting you'd never have thought of yourself because different people have different backgrounds, epxeriences and views.

Not many seem likely to be able to cast that. Even allowing for that the views we see of her house don't really seem designed for access by non-pegasus.

It bothers me when people question every little thing that has no explanation when there could very well be a solution. Your OP made it sound like it's impossible for Rainbow to go home when that's not necessarily the case. All I want is for people to THINK up different ways for a seemingly impossible thing to be done before they make it sound impossible. That's all.

Yeah even though she cannot fly she can use a hot air balloon plus Pegasi can walk on clouds I do not think a broken wing stops that.

She has lots of friends in Ponyville. Someone, most likely Fluttershy would let her stay until her wing got better. In fact I think Fluttershy would go into caring mode and INSIST Rainbow stay with her.

"Fluttershy, I can feed myself! I'm going for a walk!"

"No, no, no, you just rest up and let that wing heal!"

If not, they don't show it much, but they do have commercial air travel via balloon. Her walking on clouds would not be a problem, because they always depict Pegasus ponies as having their wings folded while just walking in Couldsdale.
