Do they infringe on Hasbro Generation Designs, throughout all their MLP Reboots ?

Here’s my thoughts, and take these as someone just being honest: if there’s even a question, perhaps it’s best to pursue something else. I’ll be real with you since you’re trying to make a product for sale. Personally... I feel you may be too close to the sun here. A lawyer may say you’re in the clear, but you’re still close enough to where you run the risk of just being seen as a “rip off” to potential customers.

Again, I mean this with pure respect, but I figure someone in your position would rather hear the truth than pretending that I think you’re 100% in the clear.

Looking at just silhouettes, I'd say G2 is the biggest issue as that was the most horse-like of the MLP generations in 'structure'. The extreme draft-horse feathering you have going on (enough to be a gypsy cob or a drum horse ) breaks up that silhouette, so it might be fine.

The other thing that springs to mind is that all the characters seem like they're marked in some way. It's not on their flanks like a cutie-mark though, and Disney's Lion Guard may have broken that issue open for you, so again, it might be fine.

Take a look at 'Filly Princess', a Spanish/Chinese toy line (and constantly put off animation 'Filly Funtasia'). As long as you're as different from Hasbro's MLP as they are, you *should* be fine, I think?

But I'm not a legal expert opinion, as you know.
