What mlp Characters need some improvement? (In your opinion)

I see a bunch of topics about who is best pony and all that, and I just wanted to shake it up a bit. (Lol this is probably 1/12 in topics like this) However, comma, I prefer to know the opinions of everyone else. So, what pone do you think should be improved?

I think Pinkie could be improved heavily. I just get tired of her overly happy personality after awhile.

Some of the villains could be improved by getting more motivation and backstory, something like they did in the comics for Tirek and Sombra. 

The Pillars should have been given more screen time and personality, but now it's too late for this.

Also, I wish they could stop calling Derpy "Muffins" and bring her original name back.

The Pillars not named Starswirl and Rockhoof got fucked over hard, especially Mistmane and Flash Magnus for not getting their own episode. They had some really cool intrigue and great ideas behind it but never got properly explored, instead the only one to actually still get the spotlight was the one we already knew fucking everything about

Not Spike himself - just his story arc needs improvement. Spike himself is alright, cause he's m'boy! But his story arc, yeah definitely needs some more!

Same goes to the rest of the characters! Some of them don't need to change their characters, just their story arcs need improvement. Scootaloo too, and Zecora.

I personally would like that they would have to run into some magical creatures and what about the breezies? Since we have not seen them for a long time since season 4.

As cliche as it sounds, Grogar needs more character development. He supposed to be a bad ass villain, the best of the best, but right now he is like a really old grandpa telling the stories of his youth, which is kind of the most boring way to introduce him to the show.

I feel like the CMC are in need of more character development, to be honest. Though I'd say Apple Bloom less than the rest.
