Russian Winter, Scandinavian Winter, Canadian Winter, Icelandic Winter, or Nepalese Winter? Which is colder?

Who do you think has the coldest winter? Russia, Scandinavia, Canada, Iceland, or Nepal?

Wisconsin winter. 

But out of those, i'd say Russia, as there's an area in Siberia with both brutal Summers and winters due to how far inland it is away from the oceans.

I imagine Nepal has got to be pretty brutal considering the altitude. Siberia is pretty nasty too; hard to imagine anything worse than -40 F like it's been known to get there.

Russia Siberia. It barely gets to -30°C here in winter but I hear in some parts Siberia around  -30  and -40 or more is pretty normal

I don't know. I'm Canadian, but I don't know how to define a Canadian winter. Where I'm from, it often gets down to -20 or -30 degrees Celsius in the winter, yet in Vancouver, it rarely snows, and in Nunavut, it can get down to -50 or lower degrees Celsius sometimes.

I'd probably Russian winters are the probably the worst, considering Siberia can go down to like -60 Celsius
