How many posts do you need for different ranks, like me getting to my Unicorn, also is there a way to be an Alicorn

Alicorns are Admins so being on staff is the only way to be so. The rank photo I have is a bit old but close enough

As @Jedishy reference shows, each rank requires a certain amount of posts to reach. It also shows that reaching certain ranks also allows access to certain parts of the MLP Forums.

Making posts can be done through almost every section of MLP Forums. However, post count does not increase in sections that have the following green text underneath it:
