I let my romantic out of the gulag... hilarity poetry ensues. This is my first non-haiku/limerick poetry in a LONG time, so don't be overly critical...

 

Yes, what a shame

Who is to blame?

A soul so pure

Modest allure...

What made it so

To fall so low?

Hurry and kill it!

The throat you must slit

No choice but obey

The present can't stay!

Yes, it has ended

Marvelous, splendid...

What could be the reason

To commit such treason?

Answer me! I demand

Why did you stain your hand?

Oh, you cannot comprehend

The choice I made to offend

Come closer, I will tell all

Of my supposed downfall
