Sunburst is one of my favorite characters! So a while ago I had to draw him as well. It's been more of a practice piece to figure out my own style and I never planned to make it an actual picture but I like how he turned out. 

(Gekroent is my main artist pseudonym; I drew him before I got a pony centered blog)

What software did you use to draw him? There is so much details in the mane and tail, the cloak, his face. It has a nice soft cartoon feeling to it. Very nice drawing!
