Thinking about alot and alone with my thoughts. Have often thoughts about what it would be like to just... dift off? Like escaping from everything for a bit and think things through. Charting & pondering about everything and nothing. At a peaceful point right now.

Annoyed, one of my neighbors is using a jackhammer to fully destroy his own driveway, not kidding.  

It may also be causing some chemical leak that I'm smelling from my house, even with all the windows closed.

Taking baby steps to try and recharge - cause "Someone just wounded my heart." that person being Ex.
Then stuff at work also going wrong, people leaving, boss hating, etc.
Like..i'm so so dead tired, i feel numb at times? but at the same time my chest is going bonkers?
Like i try to rest every single time i get home from work but my mind is so so active;
& it's still hanging onto stuff that i need to let go.

Sooo.. yush, idk, ? still trying to fix this broken heart;
not helping that his bday was a few days ago ahah.. stupid mind x3
Why think of someone who didn't actually want you, who left you for dead and made you worry for nothing..?
It's silly how the brain works sometimes.

The past few days have been really rough... been feeling numb and anger. Mostly stemming from my step father who started a fight with my mom after continuing to pester and belittle her because that's what he does best. To the point she threw a vase at him... I held her back. And now a few days ago he came home and started insulting/belittling me for no reason at all and I absolutely lost it... the past 13 years living with him has been absolute hell. He is a walking god-complex, racist and a bully at best. 13 years of added hate building up of verbal abuse. Made fun of me throughout my worst depression. I've awaken a multitude of times screaming in anger. Not once has he ever apologized at all.

Oh my gosh what a freakin sweetheart you are!!! I was doing ok. Traveling and getting lost but in ok. That’s what the company of good friends for. They make a good compass.
