Nervous. Having hopefully a nice chat with Donald Duck, previously known as @Sparklefan1234. Hopefully I'm not too boring as I mutltitask between talking to them and watching Monty Python at the same time with my dad for fathers day, It's a wild ride of a time.

Fun fact, when I went to Disney world he made Donald duck jealous when I told him that Della Duck was his favorite. Check his profile to see the photo and what Donald had to say about that.

Tired. I was going to paint tonight but my painting’s not coming out very well at the moment and I don’t have the energy to do battle with my art right now. I hit the ground running today with a lot of errands and now I just need to rest and turn off my brain…not that it was ever on to begin with.

Don't worry about what to say and what not to. Just be natural. Therapists really want to hear spontaneous replies to their questions so they can read what's going on. Remember they're here to help you, not judge you. Relax and be okay.
