They're Masked Lapwing Plovers, real vicious birds found in Australia, mostly during nesting season.

This was my initial OC design, actually a discarded draft for "Sunshine Rising". Originally, I wanted to model it after Taylor Swift, but now I've reimagined it as a new character named Cellina. Her background and story are still being developed.

Near had a panic attack today. A few weeks ago towards the end of my car drama of getting a working car, I was following my mother to the car dealership after dropping it off for a mechanic to look at. We were leaving the mechanic in seperate cars, planning on meeting up at the dealership again, but had two separate ideas on what that looked like. My mother apparently decided that we'd leave together, but hadn't told me, while I wasn't sure if we'd arrive seperate or not. I was dealing with a lot of stress over the drama, and learned over my adult years to stay flexible for when things would inevitably change many times during similar trials. So when we were leaving, I had no idea what would happen, but decided to follow her out as she left too, thinking it would be safe for me as well. And that she would keep going. When she turned out, I followed, but than she decided to strangely turn onto the side of the road, parking. Me, thinking she got into trouble, decided to wait for her, though I was parked awkwardly on the road. A truck got behind me, honking his horn, leaving me flustered wondering what to do. 

Eventually we made it to the cardealership, were she decided to turn and blame it all on me for neaerly being hit by the truck AND not reading her mind (She does the latter with everyone in the family). Calling me an idiot IN FRONT OF THE CAR DEALERSHIP OWNER thank you very much, than arguing again. She left in a huff without waiting for me to get my grocery bags out of her car. Coming home, she seemed remorseful of what happened (though complaining of the whole thing to dad in the hot tub earlier that night) and than was the time for me to confront her about my being called an idiot in front of other people. I didn't though, as her stress response was to fight with everyone within eyeshot. I had no plans of going through that again, especially when I explained my side of it TWICE before hand during the argument. Looking back, I know I should have anyways. 

What calmed me down from the panic attack was A: getting it all out finally on here. And B: Listening to history podcasts. Both brought me down to earth, so to speak.

I'm currently late for a job interview I'm already very nervous about, because I got on the wrong bus by accident. Which wasn't even entirely my fault because my cities transit app has a weird aversion to telling you the full name of the bus line you're supposed to take. Oh, and it's raining and cold too.
