For those of you a little newer to the fandom, I'm going to show you two examples of videos that were wildly popular just a couple years ago during Season 1 and Season 2 as the brony fandom was really coming into being. First, the once insanely popular "When I'm" series, which pretty much every single notable main character, supporting character, and even background characters got in the first two seasons. Short, simple, but somehow still very fun to watch! Next, the just as popular "Avast Somepony's A**" series. Here we have a lovely mash up of some of the most popular of said series for all of the Mane 6, a lovely send up to this particular video series in general if I do say so myself. Ahhh, memories. Say what you will about the quality of these older pony vids in comparison to what we get today, but keep in mind that these early vids played very important roles in building and establishing the brony community. Apparently Fluffle Puff is the Master of Pillows; makes sense to me. They're fluffy, she's fluffy, they're like peas in a pod together. Next, I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this vid, BUT (1) it's got Derpy, muffins, the Doctor, Carrot Top, and Dinky, (2) it's set to what I can only assume is a crazy good, upbeat theme song to a Japanese anime of some sort, and (3) Derpy's happy, and when Derpy's happy, I'm happy, and you should be too. Some research has lead me to a series of videos on YouTube's CartoonHangover channel, entitled "Bravest Warriors." It reminds me a lot of "Adventure Time." I wonder if some of the same people are involved. You're not wrong actually. I investigated myself, and this "Bravest Warriors" show (which I'd heard some about before I knew about Catbug) is, if I'm not mistaken, made privately by Pendleton Ward and the creators of "Adventure Time" so they can distribute it for free on Cartoon Hangover. Awesome gesture if I do say so myself, and considering there's only one season out I actually might start watching this soon before I even get into "Adventure Time", whenever that happens (especially with characters as adorable as Catbug!!! ). Anyways, to the video itself; the "Everything Wrong With (Blank)" series strikes again with a four minute vid describing everything wrong with the famous fan-animation "Double Rainboom".
