general do you have bags under your eyes?

It's mostly dark circles I have if I'm up too late during the night.

I do have them, sometimes more pronounced than others, and I’ve tried many times to hide them, but makeup doesn’t really work, and even that stuff (Plexiderm and many others) that tighten up the skin aren’t very good because they leave a noticeable shine on the skin that makeup won’t disguise.

I’d love to know if anypony here has tried anything that really works and posted it here.

Do you know what’s causing/caused yours? From what I’ve read and talked to others about it really depends on the cause. If it’s dehydration that’s an easy fix. Allergies can cause it too. If not it sounds like blepharoplasty surgery is the only 100% fix.

Caffeinated eye creams like the Ordinarys 5 Caffeine solution I heard works well to reduce the appearance of them though.

@Clawdeen Thanks for the suggestion! This is just the sort of thing I’ve been looking for. I just ordered a little bottle from Amazon and I should get it by Tuesday. I can’t wait to see how it goes!

I hope it works out for you! I’ve used the Ordinary’s stuff before myself (other products.) I like the price point of their stuff. The serums are really cheap and a little goes a long way.

@Clawdeen I got my Ordinary 5 serum today and tried it out. It’ll take a little time to see if it’s going to work, and of course, the all-important makeup test to see if the shiny film can be covered after it’s applied. But I could feel the light burn when I put it on so I’m optimistic it’s doing something good.
