Yeah, pre-reform Starlight would probably use it as an example and soon Our Town would have factories and try to expand into "Our City" and later, "Our Country". When I see the letter "ya" used in place of "r" it always trips me up for a second until I realize what this is supposed to be. But your text looked too much like Russian so I tried to decipher it.
