It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you all of the passing of Marshal Zazula, whom with her husband Jon founded Megaforce records, one of the first labels to start promoting heavy metal music. It was thanks to them that bands like Metallica, Anthrax, Overkill, Raven, Ministry, Testament & Ace Frehley first got their start in music. With zero prior experience in the music industry, Jon and Marsha made a label that helped an underground metal scene and the young bands in it get their sound heard around the world. 

Rest In Power, Marsha. May your legacy live on.
