Stencil just went silently, he wasn't going to argue, that kick in the door earlier scared him stiff. He'd grab the cloth and put it in the soapy water, beginning to scrub the graffitti off of the wall.

Nitro watched with the keenest of eyes. He wanted no trace of graffiti left. If he saw even a smudge, he would make Stencil clean it up all over again. Nitro never took his eyes off of Stencil, and saw the fearful expression on his face.

Stencil tirelessly and silently worked away at getting rid of the graffiti. After a few hours, he'd step back, wiping the sweat from his brow. "there, one clean wall" he says, resting for a moment.

Nitro looked at the wall. There was no trace of graffiti left. “Good, now we will clean all the walls of graffiti in this city.” Nitro proclaimed as he led Stencil to a wall covered in graffiti. “Get to work.” Nitro said sternly.

"B-but sir, that'd take forever..aren't there ponies that are paid by the council to do that?" he'd ask innocently, "I mean...isn't this..a bit too extreme?" he grabs a cloth and wets it before starting on the next wall.

“SHUT UP! ONE MORE WORD AND YOU’LL CLEAN THE ENTIRE TOWN!” Nitro yelled right into Stencil’s face. “Push and you’ll go back in the cell with no food or water. Are we clear?” Nitro was serious, very serious.

Once again, the shouting had frightened Stencil, how-ever he had already begun to clean away the graffiti on the wall, staying silent. He had finished that wall, and once again it was spotless.

Nitro checked up, down and all around the area, making sure that there wasn’t a smudge of graffiti. “Good, this is to teach you lesson about how to treat the town. If you’re gonna do art, sit your butt down with a piece of paper or easel.” Nitro sneered.

Stencil just nodded and went to the next wall, he was tired of arguing and just getting yelled at, so he just went about what he was told to do.  He'd sigh, maybe what he did was wrong, he'd hate it if some ponies had defaced the castle.

Nitro sensed from Stencil’s attitude that he seemed to have given up his rebellious ways but Nitro was on guard. “This is how you do it. I see you’re becoming tired of my yelling and screaming. Good. That’s what you ought to be. It’s your own fault I had to put some sense in that brain of yours like this.” Nitro said with a stern tone.

Stencil just nodded and continued to work, perhaps if he continued to do a good job, Nitro would ease up on him and he'd get a bit of a break. He'd tirelessly work at the next wall, once again, being silent.

Nitro continued to watch Stencil clean up all the graffiti that was left on the various walls through the town. He was happy that Stencil was working hard to do something to help, rather than keep on being rebellious. The next step would perhaps be the hardest, but if Stencil agreed, Nitro would do something special for him.

After the day was a bit over half way through, Stencil had cleaned the town of graffiti, "I.. didn't even realise how bad it had gotten" he'd say "and most of it couldn't even be considered art"

"The police force has been investigating...and come to find out...gangs have been roaming around. That's why it's so important to me that the youth of this town doesn't fall into that trap of "being cool" and end up becoming a criminal." Nitro said with a serious tone.

Stencil listened and shuddered "G-gangs?" he'd ask "I-I think I can now see why you were so hard on me" he'd say "I was pretty close on the edge w-wasn't I?" he'd say, looking down.

Nitro sighed. He knew that some of his ways could actually hurt somepony if he wasn't careful. "Yes...it was my only choice. I didn't want you going down that trail...it would be a much more terrible fate..." Nitro stated.

Stencil would nod "Well..I am thankful mom didn't just send me to one of those 'camps'" he'd say, "I've heard some really troubling things about those places" he shudders again.

"Pft, those camps aren't camps at all. Those are cesspools of abuse, excuses to "teach youth a lesson." Those camps could just perish in tartarus as far as I'm concerned. Most youth who come back from those places are scarred for life. They either are so scared that even a pin drop startles them or they are just full of so much rage, that they "seek vengeance". Nitro ranted.

Stencil just nods "Torture is more like" he would say "It's like some of those so called "haunted house attractions", just a excuse for people to torture innocent people" he'd say, looking to Nitro.

Nitro shuddered at both the mention of torture and haunted houses. "We officers have spent so long trying to end those camps. But they just won't fall. Somewhere, it seems they manipulate the system, and I have a feeling they're now retorting to the darkest of magic for them to flourish..." Nitro supposed.

Stencil would gaps "D-dark magic!? B-but that's punishable by death" he'd exclaim "They re either really stupid or really desperate" he'd say to him, "I may be a punk, but I know that dark magic is forbidden for a good reason"

"Death by a spell that could only be accessed by a special ritual...and that's one of the hardest things a unicorn officer has to do. I've seen officers strain hard because of the ritual itself...and most officers who have watched or performed this stuff...say they have been scarred for life." Nitro stated.

Stencil would sit on a nearby bench "You really do have a hard job, don't you?" he'd ask "To think ponies are actually capable of doing such terrible things.." he shivers and hugs his knees

He would nod, still hugging his knees "and it starts small doesn't it?" he'd ask "They start with things like vandalism and all, then it turns to..heavier things" he looks to him and then looks down, tears were in his eyes.
