animation Does anyone here remember the movie Osmosis Jones?

It's almost been 20 years since the movie was released. It's one of my most favorite animated movies ever made.

I have a very vivid memory of vomiting when I first seen this movie. While that may sound like it was due to its gross nature, I was actually sick at the time. Even so, it left a sour impression on the film itself for me. Actually haven't seen it since. Can't say if I truly like it or not. I guess for years my thoughts on it have been "absolute indifference".

Yes I do, I remember seeing some of this movie and bits of the show on Cartoon Network. It seemed like a decent animation/live action mix series but I was never super into it.

I remember seeing the trailer for it eons ago but I didn't see it. I do however vividly remember watching the cartoon version, Ozzy & Drix.

I remember it. I also remember almost throwing up in the theater watching it.

I watch it from time to time. It’s not bad. The live action parts could use a little work and some of it is a bit gross, but I really like the animated parts. I used to think it would be a great movie to watch when I’m sick, so I could imagine all the cartoon characters inside me doing their job to make me feel better, but that didn’t work. When I’m sick, seeing other sicky stuff makes me feel worse. So it remains a nice movie to watch when I’m feeling healthy. But mostly nowadays I just watch the anime Cells At Work, which gives me the same general experience in much smaller increments.

Oh yeah, I remember watching some of that in 9th grade biology class. Don’t think I remember these supposedly very gross live-action parts, fortunately

The live action segments are kind of a little gross. But you know Inside Out and Osmosis Jones are pretty much two sides of the same coin. The first one focuses on the personification of emotions, memories personality and how a person mentally deal with moving to a new location. Well the ladder is more about the personification of your biology particularly your immune system and how your body reacts to a deadly virus. 

I actually wouldn't mind seeing a crossover between Inside Out and Osmosis Jones to show the effects of a person during this time of the covid pandemic
