music Question for Linkin Park fans

I've been a Linkin Park fan for many years myself but I've never gotten anything past Hybrid Theory (I have Live in Texas and Meteora too)

I prefer when Linkin Park has more active songs, are their other albums at all like that or are they slow and calm like Minutes to Midnight? (of what I've heard of it)

What album is this song from

And is the rest of the album like this or does it go back to the calmer stuff that I don't think suits Linkin Park? :(

That song is from MTM.

And there's not all calm music on it, only several of the songs are calm. Listen to "No More Sorrow".

Minutes To Midnight did start the transition to their more calmer songs. Around half of their songs on MTM are calm as opposed to their normal, hard songs like Bleed It Out, No More Sorrow, and Given Up.

Formally known as Misselaineous97.

Definitely a good song. I'll have to get their other albums but I have a lot of other music I want and I wanted to see if there was any chance I would enjoy the other albums as much. I definitely prefer Linkin Park when they aren't calm. Every band has their calm songs, for sure, but Linkin Park's entire image went calm with MTM and songs like Shadow of a Day.

They're releasing a new album in a couple months. It's apparently their best thing yet, the perfect mix of heavy and calm with lots of electronic beats and screaming.

Gonna have to keep an eye out for it then. No matter how heavy the metal I listen to is Linkin Park always has a place in my heart for some reason. Maybe because they were my introduction into the rock world and I can't let them go?

They'll always be in a HUGE place in my heart. When I lived in California my mom always played a CD that featured the best old LP stuff, i.e. In The End, Breaking the Habit, etc. so I really got into them. Especially with In The End. I know the lyrics front to back. :o

LOL You too? I can recite the words of In The End without even thinking about it. Of all of Mike's raps I got that one memorized down to the last punctuation.
