I'm pretty sure people have already guessed by now that I've grown weary of the constant G5 cynicism.  That is not to dismiss any legitimate criticism, it just grows tiring to see how nothing's changed since the days of people taking Friendship is Magic too seriously at all.

"exclusive bronies." Lol this has been going on since the day, so it's expected... Even experienced this at Bronycon. It's just in the brony community there is this toxic corruption where a brony will try to manipulate other bronies into taking a negative stance on someone else they don't really know, and they try to use their "found popularity" to do so..

Ummm maybe to you? Every person is a different person to everyone else... You treated me badly? Of course I was not friendly to you? That doesn't mean I will be rude or impatient with someone who is genuinely an understanding person? You're just not this person?

Just the general elitism in "group brony packs"

XD my misconceptions about this fandom we're great back in the day, but I've been around since 2013, just hate groups of "popular bronies" acting like they own or speak for the entire fandom, trying to convince people not to be friends with other people lol

Bashing certain characters. I've mostly seen that happen with the Student 6, but also with other characters – there was a lot of Starlight bashing earlier, for example. Also hating the later seasons in general. It's fine if people don't like them, but at some point it just gets old. I've seen it more on other sites than these forums, but some have even claimed that the later episodes are objectively worse and that other people are wrong for liking them. 

The more hate I see for characters I like, it just makes me appreciate them more.

The hate for the older Generations. This was the core value of Bronies back when thew show started. They did acknowledge G1 for being the birth of MLP, but that was it, it was NOT their show.

Definitely the hate for the older seasons. I grew up with G3 and I had toys from G1 and 3. I’ve still to this day had people online make condescending remarks to me for liking the older generations.

I'm tired of seeing division among bronies. I don't think the majority of bronies are divided, but it seems frequent nonetheless.

This is literally any community on the internet, but it's like people just can't tolerate opposing (or different) opinions and end up getting divided over everything. Some bronies hate Starlight and some bronies love her, but it's like both sides cannot tolerate each other. Also, if you choose the middle ground, then both sides hate you, and this intolerance and hate fuels division. That isn't to say that the majority of Starlight fans/haters act that way, but it's often the case regardless.
