game Health and Mana GUI practice

Just practicing some health and mana "bars" except this time I decided to do something different then the usual "bar". It isn't meant for any game in particular, but it would look good in a cartoon styled game.

I might animate the liquid if I ever feel like it xD

I'll be working on a pony themed hot bar now :3
