RIP Doc Harris, the voice of Grogar

IT is with a heavy heart I must inform you all that Gilbert Auchinleck, better known as Doc Harris, has passed away at the age of 76.

Getting his start in Canadian radio during the '60s, Doc became part of the burgeoning Vancouver dubbing scene, being cast as the narrator for the ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z. We know him best around here as the voice behind the G4 incarnation of Grogar. 

Being the voice for many a kid's first foray into anime, now getting to play a part in a show that made a difference in the lives of many adults. Not a bad run to have.
