Outside Christmas Decorations

Do you have any outside Christmas decorations that you want to share?

Right now I have an inflatable Mickey and Minnie outside. I did have a Bluey last year but it got stolen

I like to leave our Halloween Skeleton out for most of the year, then briefly put him away just before October. 

I was going to get him a turkey hat for Thanksgiving, but it wasn't going to arrive in time. I figured I could at least find a Sant Hat, but haven't come across any of those either oddly enough! With all of these recent windstorms, he's not even stood up, so sadly I have nothing.
