music Tips for an Aspiring Radio DJ

My band teacher knows some people in the radio business. A few days ago, someone who I talked to sent me an email asking if I wanted to record a demo of a radio show. I was wondering if I could get some help in this department. What do you want to see in a radio DJ? What things should I mention? What should I do to get ready? Thanks for seeing this.

I've never heard of them before, but their music is really good. I was going to play any kind of music I can think of, so I'll defiantly try to get this in there.
