"Pony Creator" Pony Thread

Gizmo. An engineer who uses magic to control his wings. He is limited to three items being levitated at a time and since both his wings count as an item each, only one during flight. He also is restricted to smaller items. If he tries to carry too many or too heavy items, his control drops like a rock.
