I never saw the earlier versions of the forum (when I joined, it was already very similar to today – with some differences like no reactions besides the brohoof), it's interesting to see how things have changed here. I remember the slime invasion, though – I didn't join the first one, but I was part of the (much shorter-lived) second one. Spoiler Also, let us not forget the one and only best pony.
