I drew/scanned a Pinkie Pie picture, then coloured it on Paint Tool SAI. What do you guys think? I was going for a kind of messy look, but certainly and other comments or criticism are welcome. Also, vanilla cupcakes ftw.

Your 'messy' look reminds me a lot on how the G3 ponies looked when animated.

 

It's a nice use of soft colors used in the image, though you may want to try out using a similar but darker color on the outlines to what they are outlining; it'll take the weird black and grey used in the image that's being displayed here.
