WARNING! THIS RP HAS MATURE CONTENT (there won't be any sex or anything but there could be murder, drug abuse, language, and suggestive themes) it's a prison. It's a rough place.

 

My OC Krystal has been wrongly accused of a crime and is sentenced to Neverfree Penatentary where she is on death row. My OC Martin happens to have designed the compound and has been planning for months on how to break her out. As part of his plan he committed a crime himself (attempted robbery and discharge of a weapon in public) in order to get himself sentenced to the same prison. The RP will start with Martin walking into his prison cell.

 

 

The RP will go from my entrance to our escape to the ponyhunt afterwards to trying to blend back into society.

 

Pegasus inmates have harnesses on them that pin their wings down in order to prohibit flight.

 

Unicorn ponies are not allowed in the RP because it would simply not make sense. Unicorns would obviously be sentenced to a Unicorn only prison because of their magic. If you really want to be in the RP and don't have a non-unicorn OC then certain horn choppings can be arranged.

 

All guards (including the captain) and the warden are unicorns.

 

The convicts have a sort of social order set up. There is a mane divide between the convicts in the prison between the pegasi and earth ponies that resembles the hate between the groups of ponies prior to when Equestria was made. So if you are a pegasus you have to hate the earth ponies and vise versa.

 

I will be in complete control of the guards, police and prison staff.

Only 8 ponies (including both of my OCs) will be able to escape. So if you want to be one of the ones to escape let me know. The four playable characters I listed below are a few of the ones that will escape. Two more will be able to escape and who that is will be determined in the RP. The max amount of players who can join is 10 but the minimum is four so once I have that many I'll start the RP.

The names and genders of the characters can change in accordance to your OC. What I have written in for why they are serving there sentance can change too if you have a problem with it.

Martin - charged with attempted robbery and discharge of a weapon in public - facing 5 years of imprisonment with parole

 

Nurse - works at the prison as the nurse. Her father is the governor of Manehatten (in the TV show she developed a romantic relationship with who would be Martin in this RP. I'm not sure if there should be a relationship between Martin and the Nurse in the RP)

 

the guard captain - nickname: Boss -The second guy in charge at the prison after the Warden.

*Martin's cellmate - has 16 months left but something serious is going on at home and he needs to be there. I'll let whoever signs up to be this character decide what that is.

 

*Mob boss - in control of Prison Industry, an internal work program for the convicts, thanks to his connections with the Boss, who is on the payroll of his associates - facing a life sentance for mob stuff

 

* Leader of the Earth pony social group - Sentenced to life in prison with no bail and no parole for a murder he accidentelly commited

 

*Leader of the Pegasus pony social group - facing 30 years in prison with no bail or parole.

 

If you wish to be one of these characters you must be an avid poster and be available to post often It's quite frustrating to start an RP and then the memeber's who joined it are unavailable and since the ability for this RP to keep going depends on a specific six ponies I must ask that they must be proven experienced roleplayers.

Mildly suggestive and serious themes such as death are all right if not explored too deeply. However, I'm going to have to ask you to tone it down a smidge and be careful how deeply you tread into this territory. Rape is a huge no-no here. If I see anything getting out of hand or crossing the line, I will have to close your roleplay.

Don't worry I wasn't planning for it to get out of hand. If it does I can gurantee that I won't be the poster. And what I meant by rape was that some of the convicts have commited rape but there won't be any in the RP itself. You know what? Forget it. I'm just going to take the rape out.

Okay I've done a serious overhaul to the RP. I've realized that I was adhering too close to the actual TV show so I changed it to be a little more like a generic story of convicts escaping a prison. It's still got some rough edges that need to be worked out though.

Now I'm not sure about whether or not the Nurse and Guard captain should be playable characters. If they are they could add diversity and make the whole RP overall more interesting and fun, but they could also screw up the whole RP.

Yeah but you never said what part you wanted. Since you are a unicorn the only parts that can be available to you are the mob boss and an unconfirmed escapee.
