And I, being a fellow moderator, have put it upon myself to usher in the beginning of a new trend for his benefit. He must learn to face his fears, and that this: is not scary. We must desensitize him! So everypony, if you want to be for the betterment of a moderator's well-being and health, change your avatar to the above picture. Hopefully, he will get rid of this silly irrational fear. TL;DR: Change your avatar to that picture up there so we can torture Tom.
