My bookshelf is digital these days, which is more convenient but I miss the feel of a real book  I wonder if, when they get e-paper working well, you will be able to buy an ebook that has actual pages to turn, but can be reprogrammed to be any book you want?

Sounds like "water biscuits" - which aren't supposed to be cheese, but are -for- cheese (some of the milder cream cheeses are easily overpowered by a wheaty cracker, so....)
