Sounds like "water biscuits" - which aren't supposed to be cheese, but are -for- cheese (some of the milder cream cheeses are easily overpowered by a wheaty cracker, so....)

I prefer Frosted Flakes and a cereal I can’t remember the name of without milk because the milk gets rid of the best flavors

Kelloggs sell little mini-boxes of their cereals, meant for kids. When I was a student, we used to take the little mini-boxes, pull open the inner bag, pour milk into there and eat them straight out of the box. Meant we didn't have to find bowls

This is the same thing, but the boxes are very small (a child's portion, maybe 1/3 of a normal serving)
