Well that would be rather pointless. Gunpowder isn't very strong compared to others. So a small or no ripple. Unless it wasn't in a lake and it had the force to rip the toaster apart. Causing debris damage. Nomnom.

Yes, indeed. Gunpowder is only dangerous if exploded in a confined container, which a lake is not.
