Cherry Blossom entered the room Wits was in and saluted him. "Sir! I am ready for any assignments for active duty. I currently have no hours in traininbg, but I at least have 2 days of experience." she sounded like a disciplined, but a very monotone policemare. Even the blank emotion on her face was a little strange.

"This," he pointed his whip handle between them, "Is between you and me. Not them; their not part of your 'game.' They don't play into your book. Leave 'em out of this." His spirit was building up, and Sapphire felt a tug in her soul. She closed her eyes and simply disapeered. Out of a portal slowly emerged a heavily blue-tinted sapphire sword. It was large, one sided, and when the light hit it, you could see a smiling Sapphire. Den felt whole, "Rage is not a sin, rage is energy that sometimes fuels sins. Sometimes it allows us to protect whet we hold dear," as he finished, the curved end of the blade came out, and the portal closed around the tip. He levled the blade, "Shall we?" We will talk to Wits di-rect-ly after this. You don't just go around stealing and eating hearts. Unless you're ill. Like Cherry was.

"Dumbass! That's the mindset that makes our species so evil!" Karasu said with a surprisingly upset voice, "Rage is a sin in your heart. One of seven things you worms have come to think of as morally acceptable!" He pointed his gun at Den. "I've been fighting since before you we're born, kid!" He fired three blasts like a machine gun. They weren't bullets. They were his own energy and they were clearly made of extremely well disciplined spirit energy. It would be nearly impossible to dodge or deflect. Den brought his sword up and watched as the bullets hit his aura. It flared up, and they sizzled like eggs on a fryer. His sword became heavier, and he dropped the point into the concrete, where the bullets fell into sizzling holes. He brought the sword up again, sweating now, "I didn't say that I accepted rage; I said sometimes it is necassary. It is an emotion, not a sin." His face was a perfect mask of stone, frowning with concentration.

"Wits, how can I help? As i said... well actually i didn't say, but i am specialized in my talents. Aside from that i can't do much" he sighed and laid down again. His other wolfs just simply wandered around without orders.

"Ponies really on an inherent magical force, one powered by emotion. You will lose that force without emotion. In addition, a happy worker is a good worker, motivated and strong. Those are necessarily powered by emotion. Also, its not healthy," Wits checked the internal organ, noticing that it was working fine, but started to tie it in to her soul and aura, trying to repair the rift that had been left."

"I don't care about getting my emotions back sir. A job like this requires discipline and no hesitation, but there is no need to be motivated. Emotion is what was pulling me back and I will not allow it to make me hesitant anymore," She replied as she stood there, staring blankly at the wall.

 

((OOC: You just ate her heart, but how are you going to fix that? Cherry Blossom doesn't have an internal organ pumping blood. ))

"As a police officer, you are bound to serve your superiors, which indeed includes me," Wits said, as he tried to fix it. He was getting closer, but the heart was a tricky thing. "Now, I'm sure I could get this if you would just cooperate," he said. "And, as your superior, I command you to try and feel something, think of memories if necessary. Think about Den from the past."

"Your heroics are misplaced." Karasu said with a sadistic laugh, "Once you find the eight player, we want you all to come meet us. One of your close friends will know where to go. "I don't care." she turned her head with the constant blank expression and left the room. Cherry Blossom then started walking through the hallways of the new police station they had. "I have no feelings for this 'Den'." she thought as she flew towards the exit.

 

It seemed that Sour Blossom had died.

If Den didn't know Cherry was in the door behind him, he would've chased, instead he eyed the pony carefully, waiting for him to make his move; be that fight or flight, it didn't matter much to him. Right now, he wanted this over with ASAP; he needed to have a... talk with a certain somepony.

"STOP" Wits said, and the rune tar activated inside of him, using intense power to stop her from floating. "IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR HEART..."

 

He began coughing and hacking, and coughed a small gem, very beautiful, small, pink, and almost shy, as far as a jewel can be.

 

At one point it had been covered in tar. Now it was clean.

 

"RENDERED," Wits said. "IN A MORE SYMBOLIC MANNER." Then his eyes and teeth returned to normal, and he pushed the jewel up against Cherry Blossom.

Sapphire gasped inside the sword, "Wits did it! He cleaned her heart!" she squeed; her voice sounded echoy. Nopony knew how she got her information, but Den was incredulous. He held his head, "I am so confused right now..." He facehooves, never taking his eyes off the door and other pony who was backing towards it.

Cherry Blossom cringed when Wits pushed the jewel against her. It was strange, how could an organ, specifically a heart transform into a jewel. It made no sense, but she didn't care. "Why do you have the need to give me back my emotions? And how do expect that jewel can possibly replace my heart?"

"The heart is a Celestia-mooned concept!" Wits said. "Its not about the form!" He started to use magic as he pushed it into her. "Your have an organ, but that can't provide the emotion. Because you have a new organ heart, this one had to change form, and here it is. And now, Cherry, I am going to insist that you take back your emotions." He used his magic to try and fuse the two together and bring them into one.

It started to feel uncomfortable for her when Wits started sticking the jewel into her chest. Some blood dripped out, but the question is, how was she still alive without a fully functioning heart? "It doesn't matter anymore if I get my emotions back or not. Do what you wish."

 

((OOC: Wits coughed up a jewel which apparently is her heart, and now it's going to help pumped blood through her system?))

Magneus sighed and looked at Cherry Blossom.

"Emotions are what make a pony whole, leaving them behind is like deleting half of yourself... wow did i really just say that? My gosh, i'm turning into a big softie! But seriously..." he looked at the pink gem. Magic was so strange, and complicated. But at the same time it was so easy to control and manipulate.

Cherry Blossom obtained the jewel and restored all emotions to her soul. The cut in her chest that the jewel went through, sealed off and regenerated back. She felt a headache, but other than that, she was okay. "Wits, did you just eat my original heart moments ago?..."

Karasu kicked the door from it's hinges, causing it to fly into the street and shatter like glass. "Nice knowing you, you stupid shit! Can't wait to see you again. I thunk I'll kill your friends first and let you watch." He backed into the street and jumped vertically at an impossible height. He couldn't be seen afterward.

Den felt his heart do a flip, as it it recognized... Something. He slid Sapphire (blade form) tip down into the concrete and burst through the doors. His aura spread in wisps until it found Cherry Blossom, and he smiled, walking in that direction, forgetting to turn of the visibility of his spirit. Sapphire sighed, and in a whirlwind turned back into a pony.
