open Ponyville roommates [RP topic]

"Marisa, Ice and Nimbus just told us their stories." Star told Quillusion. "I'm pretty interested in Storm's now, but apparently he's still not here... Hm..." Star looked around the basement, checking if his curiosity was still towards somepony. "Well, somepony wants to take a turn? If not, I can go. It's not a very interesting story, but I guess it should work for me to introduce myself better." He didn't had much to hide, but he didn't had much to tell either.

"Wait... so, explaining what i write, is my life story? That makes sense" she scoffed jokingly and looked at Star, "But i can just go last or something" she shifted around on her pillow, they weren't the softest things, but it was better than the carpet that spread across the empty basement.

"I may as well get my story out of the way..." Sky signed. "Back when I was a young colt I use to live with my parents in Cloudsdale. My mother was a scientest in the Rainbow creating facility. One day me and my dad went to visit my mother to show her that I could now fly... I then crashed into a wall and fell unconscious. After I awoke I was told I had fallen into the Rainbow machine and my parents both dived into save me. Neither of them survived. My uncle said it was all my fault they had died so I flew away from Cloudsdale never turning back. I lived off clouds untill I was invited to the school that Nimbus mentioned. He was my first friend. When the school was shut down I lived off clouds again untill I saw an option to rent this here house. Though falling into the Rainbow machine ruined my life it gave me the ability to do this." Sky said as he began forming clouds into the shape of his name.

"Oh, I'm so sorry Marisa!" Star blushed, after realizing about his wrong statement. "I have this problem with paying attention to stuff... heh... I apologize." He cleaned his throat. "You can tell us more about your life now then, if you don't mind! I'm loving the stories we've heard so far!"

 

Star looked over to Sky and lowered his head. It was a quite sad story. But Star was still glad that Sky had told them about it. It showed a small bond of trust and friendship between them all. He grabbed a few more peanuts, looking over each pony around the circle.

"If nopony minds then i will go next"

She cleared her throat and took in a deep breath, "I was just a filly when i started to write stories, granted they were short, but they were stories, they would all have happy endings with a princess of some sort, i never really kept any of them. But... when i got a bit older my parents started to worry about me, my stories were becoming sad and dark, i don't even know what happened to me but... it felt like a demon was inside me, just telling me what to write."

She shifted a little bit and regained her breath.

"It got serious enough that my parents took me to mental therapy, we took multiple visits, but only when something new occurred. We had to show him my stories so he could try and find out what was wrong with me, but it only got worse... I-...i..."

She forced the lump in her throat to go down, "I don't even know, i wasn't even in control of myself. I don't remember what happened, but when i seemed to regain consciousness i was in a hospital with bandages all over me and a cast on my back right leg. But whatever was inside me was gone and i was fine from then on, with the exception of the cast and bandages. I lived my life normally from then on"

She stared down at her hoofs and sighed, "There was no explanation to why it happened, but it did"

"Wow it sounds like you had a tough phillyhood as a little pony i was constantly taunted for my abnormal large wings but other than that i had a good phillyhood so i try not to use them often, but that is nothing as bad as what happened you im so sorry it must have been scary." said Kalypso

Shooting Star kept eating the peanuts one by one, until his hoof hit the bottom of the bowl. He sighed silently. "Aw man... Those were so good..." He looked over the other ponies, taking a deep breath. "Alright! I'll tell y'all a little about me now." Star said, as he placed the empty bowl in front of him. "It's not a very interesting story, but here it goes..."

 

"I was born in Canterlot, where my father worked as a Royal Solar Guard, and my mother at the Cloudsdale's Weather Factory. It was a bit far from where we lived, so I rarely spent some time with her... Anyway, a few months after I was born, my mom lost her job because of an incident with a hurricane. Luckily, no one was hurt, but we had to move out because we couldn't maintain ourselves in such a fancy city like Canterlot anymore. We moved here to Ponyville, where I started studying and my parents worked at a small convenience store."

 

"I used to live sadly and gloomy because I didn't thought anything could make me happy in the world. I had one friend or two, but I guess they weren't enough... My parents enrolled me to some drama classes in an attempt to cheer me up, and they got it right. I started acting and playing, and I found out I was pretty good at it, and it worked for fighting back my shyness as well! That was probably the first time I ever had fun in my life. And then this baby showed up!" He showed off his cutie mark - the classic drama masks. "After that, nothing very interesting happened... I've participated the Winter Wrap-Up a few times, and I'm currently a Silver member of the Ponyville's Drama Club." Star let out a big friendly smile, and began searching around for more food.

Cloud whisper handed star the snack she took earlier

"i guess its my turn" she signed and looked down

she said "well, my story is not as interesting as yours... my life were pretty normal, expect for my parents who has a wierd case of ocd. they always argued with me about how i look, my cutie mark and such... the last fight we had was about 'how un-nobel is my body color'..."

she looked at the ciling "we had this fight about a year ago, and then i decided im sick of them, after i lived for a while in friends house, which ended up telling me that they cant keep letting me being in their house because of my parents warnings, i went here so they wont find me. and as a pegasus with out any talent, i couldnt find a job... and now, afer 2 monthes in the streets of ponyville i found my self here..."

As they sat down ,He started, "2,000 years ago there was a kingdom called Canterlot. The children each year were called to the center of the kingdom. where upon, the Summer Storm might choose the next ruler of the kingdom.....One year....The Summer Storm's lightning struck a child in the crowd...A young alicorn named Storm Spark....The King was furious and ordered the child to be killed. The guards had almost killed Storm's girlfriend Celestia. At the last moment, he saved her by giving himself to the king in return for Celestia's freedom.Then the gods were furious with the king and sent the Summer Storm to tear Canterlot apart. When the king was killed by the storm, and canterlot was about to be ripped sky high, Storm flew up into the sky and gave himself as a sacrifice to the Summer Storm to save canterlot and everypony in it. When Storm was sacrificed, the place where he entered the heveans were 5 stones, later nicknamed, The Elements of Harmony, and a locket holding his picture and a pictue of celestia.

The Storm did not come for 50 years...Then the kingdom decided to choose Celestia to be their ruler for the time being....and every night....she could hear his last words echo in her head....I love you...."

 

He ended his story and said, "So, that's my past..."

"When did you get here?!i didnt see you coming"

then she realized his story

"wow, thats an impressove story. just one thing: you are 2000, you related to the royalitty, and you live here?"

"Well...I'm not exactly 2,000 years old." Storm started.

"See, when I sacrificed myself, I turned into the Elements of Harmony. A stone or gem does not age yet it gets older. Basically, I am 2,000 years old but the elements kept my body preserved and intact. Then when the time was right, and the Mane 6 used the Elements of harmony to defeat nightmare moon, I was re-created at the point when I sacrificed myself, and turned into a comet so my body wouldn't shatter from the fall."

Shooting Star's jaw dropped after hearing Storm's story. Sacrifice? Celestia's boyfriend? The elements of harmony? 2.000 years? That was one very special pony they had in there. He kept staring blankly at the Alicorn, just thinking about how amazing his past was. Star soon snapped out and took a quick look at each pony in the room. "Um... So? Anypony left?"

You have got to be joking... "Storm, if that's true, then why is it not in Equestrian history books?" she was a little bit irritated at his story, it didn't seem one bit true, if something that huge happened it would have been recorded, this stallion put her way off edge, she couldn't stand ponies who lied. "Did you ever think of returning to Celestia to tell her about you returning? If she liked you before why does she have reason not to now? That or you made the story up just to sound cool"

"It's not in equestria reading books because it was one of the darker times of canterlot. No pony wanted to remember about the king. It might be in a secret part of the canterlot archives." Storm told the pony who didn't belive him."Also, I don't think Celestia would want me back since I look this way...and I'm sorry if what i told you offended you...the past doesn't hurt only the people who have heard of it." He said with a small tear running down his expressonless face.

Quillusion looked around. This was starting to get good. They had so many interesting ponys, yet she was average at best. She heard someone ask who was left and she looked to see if someone else would go. When no one else said anything, she started her story. "Well my story is not as interesting as the others. I was born into a rather average family right here in Ponyville. During my childhood I spent much of my time reading and studying, as I wanted to be the best I could in school. It was after one book I read that I got inspiration to write. I wrote a small book, which everyone I knew said was quite amazing. That was also how I got my Cutie Mark. Now I spend most of my time reading, writing, or studying as I still love to collect knowledge." She said, knowing her story was no where near as epic as the other ponies.

"Hehe, cool! You guys are full of nice stories to tell!" Shooting Star laughed, after hearing what everypony had to share. He was glad for getting to know each one of his new friends better. "Somepony wants to say something else? If not, what do you guys wanna do now? Maybe we can play some games, or tell scary tales!" Star stood up in excitement, waiting to hear the others' opinions and ideas. He didn't knew what time was it, but it was probably night time already. He had eaten too much snacks to feel tired though.

"Lets play Pony Pie!" shouted Kalypso "But i don't know what it is like i said i was teased when i was little and didn't have any friends but i always heard them talking about Pony Pie so if you guys wouldn't mind humoring me that is if anypony knows what it is" said Kalypso

 

i now pronounce this role-play dead and i blame all the people that joined there were way to many oh well what ever role-plays die all the time but this one made it pretty far i think and this was a good idea and it could be revived later with different people

Nimbus laughed hesitantly. "Well, I don't really know that game either. Why don't we play something everypony is surely familliar with? Like..." Nimbus thought deeply for a while. He wasn't exactly the "gaming" type of pony, so he didn't know of many games to play. "Umm... How about we do a scavenger hunt instead?"

"Scavenger hunt, eh? ...Sounds good to me!" Star beamed. "What will we be hunting for?" Despite his excitement, he couldn't help but yawning right after his question. It was probably pretty late already. So many stories have been told, he didn't even noticed the time passing. Not to mention he ate a little too much as well. "Heh... So, what do you guys say? Everypony up for a little treasure hunt?"

"Sure I guess I am up for that." Quillusion said. Maybe it was a way she could make some friends in this house. It also sounded like a pretty good idea. That was when she yawned and realized how late it was, and how tired she was. "But should we do it tonight or tomorrow?" She asked.

Marisa yawned and nodded, "Mmm, yeah i'm up for it tonight, should be fun trying to find things in the dark, i always loved night time games" she quipped, it was true though, she had a knack for night time games, she would usually win or do the best, depending on the games goal. "But uh... what do we have that we could use as hiding objects?"

"I'm definitely in," Ice Opal said, stifling a yawn, trying to break the streak the other ponies had done so well to hold up. He wasn't yawning because he was tired, but because psychologically there was almost no way he could watch other ponies yawn then stop himself from even showing signs of it. "We'll have to make up a list of random things to find, should we look for things inside or outside?"

Shooting Star stood up from his pillow. "I'll go and check if I have anything useless in my room to use as treasures." He began ascending the staircase back to the hallway. "I think it's safer to play inside the house only though. This place is already huge enough to give us some kind of thrill, isn't it?" He laughed quietly, as he went back into the hallway's main staircase, walking towards his room.

"I guess we're done here?" Nimbus said as he started to gather the bowls and empty bags of snacks. He walked to the kitchen and threw the trash away. Afterwards, he walked up the stairs to the rooms and he knocked on Shooting Star's open room door before entering. "Hey, need any help setting stuff up?"
