searching Pony Jackson and The Equestrians

RP Topic

 

The other day I found a dead RP called "Pony Jackson: The Lightning Thief". I thought this was a great Idea, but the creator of it hasn't been active in a month. I decided to remake the RP. This Time, however, I'll do it somewhat differently. I don't want this to be a carbon copy of any of the Percy Jackson books, but it should still be reminiscent of them. I will need people to play gods, demigods and mortals. I'll also need someone to play monsters. Perhaps a couple of people can play as groups of monsters. Mortals will be earth ponies, demigods will be unicorns or pegasi, and gods will be Allicorns.

 

RULES:

1. Gods may not interfere with what demigods do. Unless battling a giant, who can only be killed with the combined power of a god and a demigod, gods may only give advice.

2. No godmodding

3. Don't be overpowered or a Mary Sue. Demigods should all have equal amounts of combat training and a few special abilities.

4. Only up to 3 characters can be children of the Big Three. One for each god.

5. Romance is allowed, but it must be subtle and and it can't contain 18+ content.

6. Have fun!

 

EDIT: Demigods can be earth ponies if you can make it make sense.

Look, I just think that it makes more sense that way. An earth pony son of Zeus couldn't summon lightning or anything like that. It doesn't make sense.

From the looks of it, your character is a nutty killer with a short temper. Perhaps a son of Ares? I guess he could be an earth pony son of Ares with a crapload of weapons. Really, the only reason for demigods being unicorns/pegasi is that they need a fighting chance against the worst of the worst. Henceforth, there will be a new rule! If you can make it make sense, I will allow exceptions to the species rule.

If I can be one of the mane six, I'll be Applejack who can see through the Mist, since the mane six Earthies shouldn't be neglected. Plus, Earthies shouldn't ALL be mortals. Some Unis and Pegas should be mortals too.

Wasn't Artemis the goddess of purity too?

She doesn't have any kids according to greek mythology, but in the series there's a group called "Artemis's hunters" (I think that's the name) they're blessed to be like kids of her xD

Earth ponies should be demigods too. After all, all the demigods in the actual series don't have wings themselves, they summon their power from INSIDE them. I just don't like how people kept on talking smack about Earthies, they're a perfectly fine species and most like us.

That's just it. they're most like us. tat's why I said they should be mortals. If you can have an earth pony who can fight the worst of the worst, then do it. But, in most cases, it just wouldn't make sense.

That's why I said I really don't like how people always treat Earth ponies like we treat farmers. Exactly; you all treat them as if they're slaves and pretty much useless. It isn't fair to them.

 

Reasons stated above; Percy and all the others are also grounded, they don't have horns or wings, so why can't Earthies use powers like they did?
