Gir's randomness comes, not from his intentions, but from the glitches and faults in his software and possibly hardware. Plus Invader Zim was a much more creepy show with a more mature targeted audience so they could get away will more random shit. But Gir takes the lead, simply because Pinkie, while able to break the laws of nature and physics, she's still (probably) flesh and blood (even though I still say she'd be able to instantly regenerate a lost limb or the like as though it were nothing). She's incapable of stuffing tuna into her legs at the cost of rocket fuel, keeping beehives in her head, and attacking by launching sandwhiches at people out of her head, which Gir can. Pinkie Pie can break the fourth wall with ease, keep up with Rainbow Dash (even though Rainbow Dash can fly at mach speeds, or at least I assume so), and pull objects out of nowhere, but those are powers, not necessarily being random. I’ve taken into account what’s been said previous me about Gir being intentionally random and Gir being Insane. When you hear Gir describe what happens in ‘Mysterious Mysteries’ and when you hear him say that a battle mech has “chicken legs” then I’d say yeah, he’s pretty stinking random. I think what @@silvadel, said was so right. A lot of times Pinkies friends just blow her off as crazy but she knows exactly what she’s talking about and they the rest of the Mane 6 just aren’t following her like in ‘The Griffon Brush Off’ and ‘Swarm of the Century’.
