writing Another random poem...

Another random poem, because I felt like it.

Blasted and weather by gales on this frigid rock

Hear my torments as I lie here in rusted chains

 

I lie between the gates of Heaven and Hell

My body openly accepting the elements

Upon my flesh is shattered rays of light

I am cooked and rotted, my flesh is bare

 

Horripilation rocks my soul as thorns abound

Blistered I lie, for I am a shell and a phantom

 

Hope and joy are waters that I lap from the heavens

I hold to the lightness as the darkness binds me fiercely

And so I ask of God and of all who hear my crying

How can this be my fate, when I started in beauty?

 

For as I once stood a proud sentinel of justice and right

I now lie in complete nothingness, a corrupt relic of times past

Yes, This was, exceptionally amazing in that I I felt a surge of emotion as I was reading it.

 

You should most definitly be writing more.

 

I am sure that others will agree that you have a great use of language and a fine word structure.

I'm no critic but I really enjoyed reading this poem. The use of language was plentiful and grand, even though I'm not great at English I can still tell that it's good. Great poem!
