How am I supposed to make new friends if my friend box is unavailable since I'm having the same problem Onion Sing is mentioning right now.

I think you can still win princess celestia at the balloon pop game by spending gems there. Yeah, I saw that coming from the game's facebook page, but what we need the most is more canterlot shops to go around.

 

Nope, Princess Celestia and Luna cannot be won through the Balloon Pop mini-game. 

For more details concerning what can be won in each of the balloon pops mini-game, please check the in-app help section.

Princess Celestia is currently only 430 gems.

Not that I have earned that many of em, yet. *_* Thought y'all would like to know. XD

 

Say, do you just get red hearts from friends gifts, or anything else?

Saw one or two booths in Ponyville that uses Red Hearts.

 

Currently saving up bits and red gems for Rarity (25 G) and Fluttershy (47,500 Bits). Its hard tho, cause I've just been clicking on my shops for monies and ext, and searching for moar *derpies, and haven't been playing the 100 Bit minigames. I like the ball bounce game and Apple catch. Doing constellations is hard, tho, because my hand is not transparent...

 

I 5-starred Twilight, and now she doesn't wanna play no more. Is that normal?

I believe you just get hearts from friends' gifts. Although I do not have any friends, so I would not know

Yes, it is. You can longer play with a pony if he/she has been maxed out.

It is slightly less than that actually. You were just lucky.

Seriously, Gameloft needs to fix their apps, how is world peace supposed to be maintained when you can't accept friends?

I discovered a way to Accept Friend Requests!

 

Using a PC, and Firefox, I went to http://livewebapp.gameloft.com/glive/login

and logged in using my MLP FiM Gameloft ID and Password.

 

Then I edited the URL so it said http://livewebapp.gameloft.com/glive/messages/

And it took me to the Messages section! @_@

 

Then clicked on "Friend Requests".

I could then click in there, and got an option to Accept.

 

Now tobugoc and SalixAlba are showing up in-game (Socal selection in the hoof-scroll menu) as My Little Pony Friends.

Found another Linky, through Experimentation:

I'm not sure if it is sending requests, but after typing a name into the box, and clicking Search, A list of matching names comes up.

 

EDIT:

When I mouse-hover over the name, it says "http://livewebapp.gameloft.com/glive/account/index/uid/478bc9767919e8ccc46e-1413987494/showadd/yes/"

So maybe it sends a Friend Request, when you click on the name, on this Matching Names List screen?

Once logged in, go to http://livewebapp.ga.../glive/messages Using the same PC, and click on the tab marked Friend Requests.

If any names are there, click on them, then click on Accept. ~_^

I noticed today's daily involved dancing with friends just to get some gems(Already taken care of).  But when I played the games themselves, I noticed that the points you get had somehow gone up(Hell, I was able to get more than 6,000 points in Cafeteria Song, E.G. STomp and Time to Come Together).  BUt yet, I have a funny feeling that there's a glitch going on.

Wow it's already been a week since I got this game on my phone and dang I unlocked a lot of characters.

I was about to get Zecora, but I really needed gems to get Rarity and kept using the Balloon Game to earn Gems but that didn't work out <_<
