My choices after Rainbow Dash...

 

Poor Amy Rose, Sonic never appreciated you. But I do!

 

Meiling from Cardcaptor Sakura! (Older of course.) She was another character who didn't get enough love. She came off as a possessive shrew at first, but she does everything out of love, and in the end she made the right decision. I think she grew up quite a bit in Season 2.

 

And Heather from Silent Hill 3 was awesome. Cute in a sad and jaded sort of way, she proved to be a surprisingly remorseless killer and vicious iconoclast, at least to the psychos in The Order.

 

Anyone else who played Grandia II knows this already, but Millennia was the goddess of sexy badassery.

But choosing one, I think it would have to be Wheatley from Portal 2. He's just adorable.

 

 

I had a dream about him a few nights ago.

I was snuggling that little core, then GLADoS walked in on us. She got so jealous that she put me through tests. . . Wheatley had to go through those tests too as punishment because he was having an affair. He even called GLADoS "honey" so he could get away with it- turns out that they were married.

 

Ever since I had that dream, I can't stop thinking about the little guy.

My number one choice is Rin Tohsaka from Fate Stay Night. I would do anything for her.

 

 

However, a close second is Illyadviel von Einzberg from Fate Stay Night.

For a television series, definitely no contest.

 

Konata from Lucky Star is filled with that ditzy yet smart personality that just easily reads attractive. Not only is she the biggest nerd of the show, but she also somehow gets by school with no problem even when she doesn't do homework and she is very great at athletics even though she's not on a team. It's the kind of anti-character you come to love after a few episodes.

 

A close second would have to be

 

Has a cute and quirky personality while not being overly dramatic like how some cute characters are written out to be.

 

I also had a "crush" on Starfire when Teen Titans first aired on Cartoon Network. Still kind of do but I find her personality to just be kind of lacking.

 

 

I would have put Asuka Langly Soryu down as my top pick, but I figure that everybody from Neon Genesis Evangelion turns out to be an utter fucking psycopath in the end of the series and I wouldn't want to live my life in misery lol.
