Want to make military patches

I wnat to make some military designs especially for my first con as a vendor

Las Pegasus Unicon and want some feedback/ input

I want to make various designs for each pony race.

my first one i thought of for the pegusai : High Altitude Recon Pegusai or HARPS Wing of the R.E.A.F.

with the motto "only angels fly higher than us"

thoughts?

well something for the HARPS could be something similar to...

I saw this and i thought if you'd remove those extra details like the halo and crosses, you could tweak it with like a bolt, or a tear across it like this.

Sounds like fun. REAF is...nice. Not surprisingly, I'm partial to the NLRAF. Some random ideas for patches...

 

A "1000 YEARS" patch, kind of like the "1000 HRS" patch that often sits above a command patch. It's a reference to Nightmare Moon's 1000 years of banishment, of course

 

A "10-10-10 NEVER FORGET" patch, in the format of the "9-11-01 NEVER FORGET" patch...as a reference to the end of Nightmare Moon's banishment

 

An "Everfree Aggressor Squadron" patch, as a combination of the Shadowbolts and real world aggressor squadrons

i like this. we know cannons are well ... canon. so it stands to reason there would be a Artillery division.

aaaand with the Night Vision goggles in the preview we can assume there could be a Covert Ops division of Unicorns

This sounds like it could end up really cool. Definitely post pics when you get something done. patches are always cool to dress stuff up...
