Okay, so i have this HUGE book report thingy due sometime in December, and my teacher gave me a pretty long list (4 pages) of the books i could do it over.

I've narrowed it down to these:

Journey to the Center of the Earth

Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

Robinson Crusoe

A Clockwork Orange

Fahrenheit 451

Can you guys narrow it down for me? They all seem like really good books, and i just can't seem to choose one.

The Skeleton Creek series, they are my most favorite book series of all time. :) It's a really good book series to read. It's kinda a creepy kinda of book though, but still good. :)

Thats not on the list, so that is out of the question. I may give it a look, as i am going over to gardeners (local used book store) to pick a bunch of stuff up later. Might check them out!

Defenitely go with Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It's freaking hilarious! XD it's a long read but believe me, it is 100% worth it

I'll definitally take it into consideration, as i've heard great things about it, (also so i can make legit 42 refrences)

Farenheit 451's a great choice. Robinson Crusoe's good if you know the history of England during the 1600s. Journey to the Center of the Earth is also great for a book report.

I don't know any english history before the revolutionary war, so Robinson Crusoe is out!

Journey to the Center looked pretty cool, and i really like adventure stories.

Everybody in my Family really like Farenheit 451, only thing i've really heard about it is (spoilers? i dunno)

its about people burning books, and thats the temperature at which they burn

If you're doing a book report, and want to have a good read that's more contemporary, then go ahead and read Farenheit 451. It's a really easy book to read, and really good too. I'd recommend reading it for a report if you just want to get it over with.

If you want to have some fun while you're at it, hit up Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

I've never read Fahrenheit 451, but my friends who have told me that it's very good.

If it's on the list, I would suggest The Hobbit. I'm reading it right now and I love it.

As a big-time Jules Verne fan I have to recommend Journey to the Center of the Earth. If you've never read any of his books before, that's as good a place as any to start, because you might want to read some of his others once you're done. I once did a book report on 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, though I didn't have to stick to a list, it was just something I wanted to do.
