its a good image but you must still work at the background if you ask me...also you can try to make a mouth at least a line its not hard

The backround is paper. I took a picture of the sketch and went over it in MS Paint.

As for mouths, I did quite a few versions with mouths and none of them looked good. Generally when I draw sleeping animals, they don't have mouths.

Wow, that's some nice talent with MS Paint. I mostly just sketch in that program because it is so fast and responsive. That is quite cute as well.
