Eh it looks nice for all the standard reasons. Nice eye width, good lighting, nice little glares and shine going on to spice up parts of her. Detail despite being a simplistic cartoon character and nice shadowing...but from the feel I get from you Berry-which is a cool guy-this doesn't match you so well. But that just me. It still a good choice for an avatar.

 

 

Also..my first none-psychotic or creepy avatar!
