He sighed, "More stranger in Ponyville 'eh? It would be very crowded soon". He yawned, "Aaalright then, I better get going," He glanced to the couple and smirked again, "You two, have fun". He jumped to the air, expanded his wings, and flew lazily to the marketplace.

Indigo sat down across from Angel. "Canterlot?  I've never been to Canterlot... So how come you say that you weren't good?  You were in the School For Gifted Unicorns, you must be better than some Unicorns right?  And I bet your magic is way better than any magic I can do.  I can do two spells, knock light things off of tables and fly...  Even though those things arent really spells... But... Erm... Anyways, how much different is it here in Ponyville than Canterlot?"

"Oh...well...all the others were much better then me," Angel said softly.  She smiled at his awkwardness, knowing she was probably just the same.  "Ponyville and Canterlot are really different...Canterlot is more formal I suppose.  Its more like a city.  Ponyville is more...country maybe.  And everyone here seems to know each other.  I guess Canterlot is too big for that kind of...luxury," Angel shrugged.

"Yeah apple as in sweet apple acres. I know that cider season is right around the corner so she might need help with that. Or was it zappapple season ? Any who Apple Jack might be hiring. Though unless your good at bucking you would have an easier time at Sugar cube corner."

The patrol went well and her route led her from the Everfree Forest over some fields back to Ponyville. At was a very beautiful day and a nice view looking to the landscape. But now Iron Wing had to continue her patrol within the town itself. She prepared for landing and so she got her strong wings ready. As she landed on the market place in the centre of Ponyville her metalic hoove protectors screeched shortly while she was braking and some sparks sprayed from them. "Huh, i shouldn´t do that with top speed..." she mumbled. She looked around and got sight of some ponies she didn´t know. It would be interesting to learn about the new arrived ponies. Iron Wing got ready for her ground patrol and walked across the market place and looked around if everything was ok. Duran her pet lynx looked out of her saddlebag showing that he had finished his work.

     Cloud made his way through the busy streets until he arrived at a shop that looked like a giant gingerbread house. He had to blink a few times to make sure he wasn't hallucinating, and when he realized it was a real building he almost laughed.

     'What is wrong with these Ponyvillians?' he thought amusingly to himself. While Cloud did live most of his entire life in Cloudsdale, which was actually relatively close to the small town, he decided against visiting there. Sure, everyone knew that the Elements of Harmony lived there, but who cares though right? Or at least what Rain used to think.

     One week ago, while Cloud was in Las Pegesus, a rather miserable looking magic performer named 'The Great and Powerful' Trixie had talked to Cloud about the so-called Elements. Their conversation had taught Cloud two things. The first being that this unicorn named 'Twilight' knew alot about magic, and the second being that another Element named 'Rainbow Dash' was supposedly the fastest flier in Equestria.

"Well yeah I guess everypony knows eachother here...  Except so far the only pony that remembered me so far was Pinkie Pie.  Have you ever been to Cloudsdale?  I think its bigger than Ponyville, and not as laid back.  Especially comparing flight school to school here..."  Indigo remembered they were at a restauraunt and instinctively picked up a menu.  I think i'll get something small if I get anything.  "So whats your favorite food here?  I didn't really look through the menu when I was here earlier."

"Pinkie Pie?  Oh, yes I met her earlier," Angel said with a nod.  "I haven't been to Cloudsdale," she looked back at her wingless body.  "It seems lovely though.  And I haven't tried anything yet," Angel smiled.  "I just got to Ponyville early yesterday morning."  Angel flipped through the menu and spotted a grape and celery sandwich.  Too bad it doesn't have any blueberries in it.

     'Was the fastest in Equestria,' Cloud thought to himself with a smirk as he entered into the tasty looking bakery.

     The first thing he noticed upon entering the bakery was that there were sweets everywhere. Cakes, cupcakes, pies, you name it it was there. Just the sight of all of those delicious treats made his stomach growl loudly once more.

     'Time to eat...' he thought to himself as he approached the counter. Behind the counter, which doubled as a display case that held even more extravagant treats, a slighty pudgy light blue Earth pony that had a pink cupcake-shaped mane smiled at him as he approached.

     "Hi," Cloud began while offering out his hoof. "My name is Cloud Shooter. I just arrived here today and I hear that you have some good cupcakes, is it true by chance?"

     The mare shook his hoof and smiled even more, almost creepily so Cloud couldn't help but think. "Well hello Cloud Shooter! My name is Cupcake, but everypony calls me 'Mrs Cake' for short and you heard right."

Duh, what was I thinking asking if she's been to Cloudsdale?  And I should've figured she didn't eat anything here yet.  Indigo looked through the menu.  Everything sounded like something he'd like to try, but nothing really stood out.  "So what are you gonna get?  I can't decide at all.."

"I...I think I'll get the celery and grape sandwich.  In Canterlot, they had something similar but with blueberries in it," Angel shrugged.  "It was always my favorite," she said, putting down her menu and looking towards the counter.  "Do we wave our hoof in the air for the waiter, go up to the counter, or wait until the waiter comes to order..." she said softly, blushing in embarrassment.  I'm such a loser.  Great gifted unicorn I am.  I don't know squat.

"Ummm.... I think we wait?  I wasn't paying attention much earlier when I was here..."   I really can't remember how I ordered, I was too busy thinking about finding a store for sale at the time...  I must seem like I don't pay attention to anything...  "Ummm I think they... Uhh I can't remember..."  Indigo tried remembering but for some reason he just couldn't seem to remember.  He didn't even notice the waiter arrive at the table.

  "Alright then, I'll take one." Cloud said as he reached into his saddlebag of bits.

     "Oh dear don't worry about the cost, it's on the house. Anything for a new pony in Ponyville." Mrs Cake said as she reached into the display case and pulled out an elegant looking cupcake.

     "Wow thanks, thats mighty kind of you," Cloud said as he took the cupcake, He smiled then continued, "There's something else that I need help with, if it's not too much trouble..." 

     "Sure dearie, anything you need."

     "Im looking for a mare named Rainbow Dash, you know her?"

     "Why yes she's one of Pinkie's friends. She's busy with the weather, but she'll be back later this afternoon." Mrs Cake said still having that big smile on her face.

     Cloud wasn't used too being smiled at like that for too long and wanted to get out of there. He said thanks for the cupcake and walked out of the shop.

     'So I have to stay here all day now huh?' he thought looking around at the ever-so-busy streets.

     "Crap." he sighed

Indigo looks back at the menu quickly.  "Celery and grape sandwich, I think..."  I wonder if she saw something else she wanted in her menu?  Well I think i'm sticking with what I ordered.  Indigo handed the menu back to the waiter.  Wait a sec, did I order the same thing as her?  I hope she didn't notice!  Indigo started to blush.  I think she noticed... It's not a big deal though right? It shouldn't make a difference what I order... I hope.  Indigo blushed more.  I bet my face is red.... "Uhhh... That's all for me I think."

"Yes," Angel smiled softly at the waiter.  "That's all we would like," she said formally.  "Thank you," she nodded.  Wait, I'm in Ponyville!  No pony talks like that in Ponyville.  Angel forgot all about Indigo's similar order to hers and suddenly went completely blank as she considered this.  Or do they?  Well, they do in Canterlot...

Huh, I don't think she noticed that I ordered the same thing?  I wonder what she's thinking about?  "I saw you had a notebook earlier.  Do you write often?  Or draw?"  I wonder if she hides her formality that she's probably used to in Canterlot?  I don't think I'd know she was from Canterlot if she hadn't told me...  "Oh, and i'm just curious, but how long have you lived in Canterlot?"

Angel snapped her head up as he spoke.  What!  What did he say?!  I think he asked about my writing!  "Oh, oh yes!" she said quickly, blushing again.  Whhhy.  "I...I write...usually," she gave a quick glance at her cutie mark.  "I lived in Canterlot for...really my whole life.  I never really went anywhere..." she shrugged a shoulder.  "My parents sent me to Princess Celestia's school and...yeah..." she lied.  Her parents didn't send her.  She went herself.  She didn't even know if her mother was alive.

"Oh thats really cool, that you write and everything...  What kinda' stuff do you write?"  Indigo typically didn't like to read, mostly because the only tings he ever had time to read were textbooks and his parents never thought of getting him anything fun to read, mainly because they could only afford school for him.  They even stayed behind in Cloudsdale when he went to school in Ponyville.  "That must've been nice, staying in one place with your family all your life...  I haven't seen my parents since I was done with Flight School, and that was at least... Seven years ago?"  Memories of flight school were not too pleasant.  He never was much of a flier, dispite how much he worked on it on his own.

"Mostly...stories.  Sometimes poems," she said softly.  "Oh...yes...it was nice..."  It was.  But it made trouble for her when she had to move on.  "I haven't seen my parents since---" she stopped herself abruptly.  She hadn't seen her father since he died in that accident.  And she hadn't seen her mother since...since her mother tried to...tried to hurt her.  She had to run away.  She went to Canterlot.  Princess Celestia found her and took her to her school.  Angel tried not to let the tears flow.  She closed her eyes and ducked her head low.  "Since...since..."

I think I accidentally struck a chord, uh oh... I should try to change the topic before she gets upset, I'd feel terrible if she did.  "You don't have to say anything about it, um... What kinda stories do you like to write?  I've never written anything that wasn't for school before, or read anything that wasn't school related..."  Indigo hoped that the change of topic would make her forget about whatever was bothering her.  Maybe I should've stayed off the topic of parents...  I can tell that there must be something really bothering her about them...

"Okay.  I...I usually write...sad stories.  I just...sort of like them.  I like to write...deep stuff.  Stuff that makes you...feel...so..." she paused, realizing she was starting to get into her stories-oh my god moments again.  "Just...stuff that makes you think...I guess," she said.  She brushed the issue of parents out of her mind.  "What...what are your hobbies?" she asked.

He realize that he don’t know where is the famous apple farm and he didn’t wanted to go back and interrupt the sweet couple “Maybe they are in something important”

 

Just as he was thinking this he spotted the same armored pegasus going down on the center of town at top speed. Her landing made a screech that took the attention of everypony around “Thank you for the diversion armored one” he whispered.

 

Making sure no one was around and with the attention taken by the blue mare he extended his wings and make a dash to the sky landing with ease on the top of the tallest close building.

 

He had a view of all Ponyville from its center he turned left to find what he was looking for

 

“There you are” he said to himself when his eyes got the image of the immense “forest” of apple-trees growing at the south east of town.

 

He dashed back to the ground making a soft landing wile folding his wings… “Looks like that went well” he thought as no one seemed to notices his quick display.

 

“Time to get a job” were his words as he walked in the direction of Sweet Apple Acress.

"No I haven't gotten to meet her, though I was woken up by her dubstep." He smiled remembering the loud music he had come to love so much."Whats she like? Is she as loud and obnoxious ans everypony says?" He laid back down on the cloud soaking the sun in once again.

"My hobbies?  Well I enjoy growing all kinds of flowers, mainly cause I just have a silly need to protect them I guess..."  Indigo didn't think that his need to protect flowers as silly, but after being picked on about it when he returned to Cloudsdale, he figured that others didn't think that flowers need protecting.  Hardly any pegasai ever understood his passion for keeping flowers safe and healthy.  "So you write stuff that makes you think?  I need to think more sometimes..."  I doubt she'd let me read anything she wrote, but maybe since I'm not in any kind of school anymore, I can try reading for fun sometime?
