Rain woke slowly and felt an unusual weight on his chest, he looked up and saw hunter still on top of him. He smiled and stroked her mane, soft and slow. The pitter patter of rain on the roof made for a soothing back noise which threatened to put him back to sleep. Just then a clap of thunder shook the air and rattled him to the core.

Indigo woke up.  Angel was still asleep in his arms.  The fire was out and it was dark outside.  That was an interesting dream... Ending with a flash of- CRACK!  The clap of thunder jolted him a bit.  ....Light....  It must be storming...  I hope that doesn't ruin our plans for today....  I wanna go back to sleep...  He laid his head back down and closed his eyes.

hunter slept through the crack of thunder but woke up when she felt her 'bed' move

"oh, good morning sweetie"

she snuggled into rain and nuzzled his neck while she properly woke up. another clap of thunder sounded

"oh I so love storms, mainly because being in the warm house wearing a dressing gown with a cup of hot cocoa"

It was an amazing day and night, after some chat with @@Iron Wing, where he was victim of his kindness and sweet baking skills Colt wished her and Draco and good night and went towards the mountains straight into the storm clouds.

 

“Im glad she got some good time last night ” were his thoughts as he flew back to Sweet Apple Acres, the sun was just rising and he was in time for his first day at the Apple Tree Field, he saw the tower as he passed over Ponyville and planned to visit Iron Wing when she come back from that observation mission. “I think I owe her a dinner and a good chat” said to himself.

 

He landed out of the Apple’s barn and headed to the well to get some water to drink and wash his face, He folded back his wings and after refreshing went to get the baskets and the chariot. As all was ready he cached the sound of the Apple’s house door opening and his blonde boss coming out.

 

“Hey ya’!, you don’ sleep or you a early bird” Apple Jack said with surprise when she saw him ready to start.

 

 He just turn his head to her and slightly smiled.

 

“Well I was on my way to wake you up, but now you’re here come inside and have some breakfast, you can start your fist day with an empty belly.” She said with a kind smile on her face.

 

“Thanks boss hope I wont disappoint you ” Colt said as he went inside the house.

Sky sprawled on his bed, staring at the dark ceilings. He sighed. Another peaceful night just passed. He slid out from his back and stood still for a second. He leaned and outstretched his body. With a smile on his face, he pushed his window open and sniffed the air.

Morning rain. The best way to start the day.

He closed the window and went downstairs to the kitchen. He entered the living room with a glass of coffee and sat on the couch. He stared at the rain outside through the window as he sipped his coffee.

Draco opened his eyes as he had fallen asleep reading Loveless. His toungue felt fuzzy "Ugh did I go out drinking again?" Draco muttered to himself as he checked his surounding "Now I remember I stayed at Iron Wings place because I didn't want to do any nighttime flying,"

The noise of the train and the pitter patter of the rain on the window woke Saphina up. she glanced at the window and looked outside. she reached her suitcase and pulled a big green book. the books golden label shimmered yellow as she put it on her seat. she tried to remember every herb in the book as she turned the pages. she was so spirited, "I have a new life ahead in Ponyville" she thought with a big smile plastered on her face.

Angel Feather's eyes fluttered open.  She felt some ponies arms around her.  Indigo.  Of course.  She blinked at the empty fireplace.  She rubbed an eye and realized she couldn't sit up because of Indigo.  Oh well.  I'll have to wait until he wakes up.  Then she cuddled up against him again.

Yesterday...yesterday was magic.

Rust opened one eye. It was raining.

"Typical." he muttered, getting to his feet. He was sitting under a tree in the middle of... A town. He was still in that hick town! Rust was pretty sure that he'd left last night. He started walking, irritated at each raindrop striking him from above.

Day 2

 

Iron Wing had a nice day with Colt and Draco and the day went by. As the night started, Colt wanted to leave the tower and so Iron wished him a good night. Also Draco wished to go to bed soon so she prepared his room and his bed. She wished Draco nice dreams and went up to prepare the route to fly for tomorrow. She continued working for at least 1 hour before she was ready to go to bed.

 

Day 3

 

The armored pegasus got up early and prepared everything for the day, including making some breakfast. She had a guest, Draco, and for sure he would be hungry when he started his day. Iron Wing prepared coffee and tea because she didn´t know what Draco liked. Some toast and bread, jam, cheese and other stuff. Lynx wanted to eat something too so she prepared his food too. After a while she got tired of waiting so she went upstairs to Draco´s room and knocked. "Good morning! Breakfast is ready! I am waiting downstairs!" she said, hoping to wake him up. She had much tasks in the morning so she wanted to start soon with everything. She went to the breakfast prepared table and started to drink some coffee. She also studied her route she prepared yesterday. Duran the lynx got on the table to look into the map too. Duran wasn´t just a lynx pet, he was also a very good friend. He couldn´t speak, but he was able to use pen and paper and to help her with her daily work.

Indigo woke up again after a few minutes of sleeing again.  I wonder if Angel's awake?  Indigo spoke softly as to not wake her if she was still asleep, "Are you awake?"  I wonder if she's noticed it's raining outside?  I wonder if she still wants to head into town.

"breakfast? I think I have some eggs, we could have eggs on toast, if you want"

​she let out one of her heart-warming smiles and moved off him, her house was rather cosy even without the fireplace on and the sound of rainwater tapping at her windows was delightful

Charmer heard the rhythm of the train on the tracks, which woke her up. The day looked sad and gray. Not exactly too welcoming for her ride back to Ponyville. Manehattan had been exciting, and so was seeing her baby sister and parents, but it was sooo good to be home. The train drew into the station, and a few ponies began to get their things ready. The pony beside her was one of them. Charmer had never seen her before, and greeted her. "Hey. You must be new to Ponyville." Charmer said with a friendly tone. "Well, I've got to go." Charmer rose and clattered through the train and out onto the platform. Rain splashed her purple coat, and she shivered. Her bags felt heavy on her back. And she thought there would be friends there to welcome her. Charmer quietly made her way through the streets, wishing she knew a spell for keeping rain off of her. Silly Charmer, she thought. It's called a raincoat. Charmer felt miserable.

hunter fully awoke and kissed rain on the lips 

"breakfast? I think I have some eggs, we could have eggs on toast, if you want"

hunter smiled at rain as she got out a frying pan and placed it over the stove, opening the fridge and getting a carton of eggs

The rain had gotten heavier, and Charmer shivered. She was sopping, and her bags were soaked. Hunter's house was just ahead. Charmer felt sick, and didn't feel like going all the way home. She trotted up the steps to Hunter's house, and knocked her hoof against the door. "Hunter, are you there?" Charmer called out, hoping Hunter wasn't sleeping.

"Oh okay two please. Oh and could you fry them please? I don't much like the yolk" Rain got out of her way and sat down at the table. He watched ass she got the eggs out, put the bread by the toaster and all of that good stuff, she was quite organized with her work where as he would have had things scattered about the kitchen and a big mess.

hunter nodded and cracked four eggs and dropped them into the pan, spreading them out equally and throwing the shells into the trash. she placed four pieces of bread into the toaster and waited for it all to cook. the toast popped and the eggs were cooked, she grabbed two plates and placed the toast on them, followed by the eggs

"here you are, sweetie, cooked to canterlot standard, I hope you like them"

she smiled and placed a plate in front of rain and sat next to him at the table and began to eat

before hunter could have another bite, she heard a knock at the door

"wonder who that is"

she got up and made for the door and opened it

"oh my stars, charmer, you're soaked, come in, I'll get you a towel"

she trotted upstairs to the linen closet and picked out a towel and returned

"here you are, dry off and make yourself comfortable"

she pointed towards rain

"oh thats my special somepony, Rain. Rain, this is my old friend Charmer"

"T-thanks Hunter. It's good to see you." Charmer looked gratefully at Hunter. "Hello Rain." Charmer said, dipping her head in greeting. When did this happen? she thought. "I really appreciate your hospitality, Hunter. It's pouring out there!" she said, shivering just thinking about it. "It looks like there might be a new pony in town. I bet Pinkie Pie will no doubt throw a party for her." Charmer said, smiling. Pinkie Pie was quite hyper, but always threw great parties.

Rain turned around to look at the *new* mare with half of his sandwich hung out of his mouth he smiled and waved. He took a massive bite and swallowed hard. "Hey there Charmer. Oh Jeez I didn't know it was raining that hard already! What time is it?! Oh goddeses I cant be late or we'll be flooded!" He pulled a watch out of his pocket(12:03) the watch read. "Oh crap! I gotta go!" He fell out of his chair ran to Hunter and have her a quick peck on the lips, then ran to Charmer and shook her hoof violently."It was great to meet you Charmer, By hunter I'll find you when I'm done at work!" He sprinted out the door and flew into the clouds.

Charmer laughed. "Rain is sure somethin', Hunter." Charmer said, her eyes sparkling. "I feel out of breath just watching him." She looked down at her hooves, and then looked back at Hunter. "It's raining quite hard out there.....you wouldn't mind if I stayed a little bit?" Charmer said hopefully. "Not the whole night," she said quickly. "Just until the rain calms down."

Angel's ear twitched.  She turned her head to Indigo.  "Yes," she replied.  She smiled at him.  As soon as she saw his sky blue eyes she had fallen right under his spell again.  Why must I doubt everything that's happened?  I mean, here we are, cuddling on the floor in a mountain of pillows.  Of course, its real, Angel confirmed in her mind.

"It's raining out, do you still want to go into town today?"  He said as he smiled at her.  Her eyes are still so beautiful.  How can all this have happened in one day though...  But it is real, I know it.  "It might be dangerous being out in that storm too, but I haven't went outside to check."
