Morning star smiled at her then he spoke."so how was the spa with Stacy"? Morning star wanted to know about her time at the spa, but then his royal guards came up to him."Sir, i need to inform you about something". Morning star shot the guard a very annoyed  look .

Star stomped on the ground cheering happily when Somber finished.

After a couple other musicians, Star trotted onto the stage with a big smile. "Hello... The first song I will be playing is dedicated to Somber... The second is just a really good song." She said, in a slightly nervous voice.

She took out her guitar, nodded at the ponies with different instruments behind her and started to play.

 

 

 

When she finished the ponies with the other instruments trotted off the stage and Star took out her violin and played.

Rose waved a hoof. "Go, go. I can tell you about the spa later."

 

She applauded Somber very graciously. After all, she thought he was quite the talented musician. She wondered when Stacy would be coming on. She also wondered, again, who Draco would be singing that love song to. He had had the most curious look on his face when he had mentioned it earlier... As if ha actually had somepony to inspire him in a love song...

Morning star got up and put a vip sign on his seat and went to see what the guard wanted. "What is it guardsmen". The guardsmen looked very worried he didn't know what to say but he was very worried about something it bothered him that no pony noticed anything.

Arcane and Marisa had gotten there faster than they expected, and they got some pretty nice seats, although the best ones were taken by ponies who probably got here an hour early. Marisa was applauding most of the time, while Arcane had fallen asleep almost instantly, it didn't bore him though, he was just very tired.

Just after they had been announced, Airy followed Scamps on the stage. Even though he had practiced with Scamps way more than often enough, he still felt nervous about their upcoming performance.

No need to worry... It's just a casual singing section. You can do this.

He looked to Scamps.

"Hey Scamps, no need to worry... It's just a casual singing section. You can do this."

It took Airy a few seconds to notice that he just had said the exact same words he had been thinking. It helped him get rid of his tension, and suddenly he felt way less nervous. He rolled in front of the piano, pulled the brake at his wheelchair and played the patterns without making any sound.

I'm ready, he thought and pointed his eyes back on Scamps.

After star, Ariy and Scamps had finished playing Stacy took a deep breath before going out on stage with a smile. She went up to the piano on stage and set up her music. She then sat on the bench and took another, quiet, deep breath. The piano began to softly ring out the notes slowly getting louder and more powerful. She once again went into the place where nothing else mattered, she was there playing music in what seemed to be a quiet medow. Of course she was imagining it but it helped her play. After what seemed like playing forever she ended the song and came back the real world. She went up to the front of the stage and bowed. She then made her way to the microphone. "Before i go off stage there was something i wanted to say." She paused for a second trying ti think. "I met some pony and i felt like i should be with them. So i talked them, we hung out last night and today just before this. So..Rose, will you be my special somepony?" She said with a smile in high hopes. Maybe too high.

Scamps nodded, a silent agreement to Airy to do well. She began singin slow, standing still, and at Airy's piano solo cue, Scamps picked up the tempo. Like rehearsal, Scamps walked, strutted, and danced around stage, to entertain the crowd.

As the song ended, the tempo slowed down again, and Scamps had wounded up on top of Airy's piano. She slowly laid down, and literally sang the ending to him as she looked into his eyes. As the audience applauded, Scamps pecked him on the lips, then got down and whispered, "That was so much fun!"

 

As Scamps walked back stage, Stacy came on. "Good lucks," Scamps said, remembering their friendship from the Camping Trip.

Morning star was shouting at his guard."WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU HAVE PLACED EVERY PONY ON THIS SHIP IN DANGER NOT TO LESS ME!  YOU ARE NO LONGER FIT TO BE A ROYAL GUARD GET OUT OF MY SIGHT"! Morning star had to act fast if not every pony will soon be in danger.

Star smiled at Scamps and Airy as she trotted off stage. "That was fun.": She thought, sitting down next to Rose. "Hi Rose." She smiled, as Scamps and Airy started singing.

 

(OOC: Sorry, I was busy makin music. Also... Morning Star, It would be helpful if we knew what the guard said.)

(OOC: Um, Stacy, Airy and Scamps weren't done... But I'm going to pretend that was after Scamps' post, and respond accordingly)

Rose enjoyed Scamps' singing, she sounded nice. But when Stacy came on, Rose paid special attention. She was reminded of the meadows near her home, and smiled. 

 

But... When Stacy made her intentions clear, after the performance, and asked this of her in front of everypony, Rose sunk low in her seat, horrified. Hadn't she learned anything?

Star's smile slowly faded when she heard what Stacy had said. "Oh... dear." She muttered, Trotting in between the seats and backstage.

She waved at Stacy, Trying to get her to come off the stage so her and Rose could speak in private. "Asking in front of everypony was probably not a very good idea." She though.

Instead of heading to the audience, Somber went ahead and went to the deck again. He brought his guitar over with him, say down and started playing. He repeated the same chords over and over, hoping that he could get the attention of Star to come on out.

Stacy waited a while. Her anxiety began to grow. After a few more seconds of waiting she hung her head low and flattened her ears. "A-alright then..." She collected her stuff and slowly moved off stage until she passed the curtains. She looked up at star who had apparently made her way back stage again. Stacy just pushed passed her not wanting to say anything.

(Occ: I'll go back and edit later.)  Morning star when back to Rose he had a stroke of fear written all over his face he didn't know how to tell her about this little situation about the ship. "Blasted why i am the prince? i wish this didn't have to happen to such a fine ship".

Airy played the last chords he had to play while listening to Scamps' wonderful singing. She had done everything he had told her, and she had outdone herself this time.

Having left the stage, Airy waited for Scamps to calm down a little before he started speaking to her.

"Scamps, you've been wonderful. You've done even better than in our rehersals. I'm proud of you." He gave her a quick hug.

Scamps smiled back at Airy, but the second she stepped backstage, a great moment turned into a bad one. Prince Morningstar was frantically running around, Stacy pushed away Star, (which never happens, since they are close friends, Scamps thogut) and everything else was just confusing.

 

Scamps looked from Airy to everpony else, then back again. "Wha...what's going on?" Scamps asked worriedly.

"Stacy... That may not mean no... Rose is very shy, She probably didn't want to say anything in front of all those ponies." She called after Stacy... But then she heard Somber playing just outside on the deck of the ship. "I uh... Oh dear... But Stacy... Umm... Ok." She thought, not knowing weather to go outside or go after Stacy. 

"If I dont go over to Somber He will think I dont like him... I can talk to Stacy Right after." She thought, Trotting out the door to where Somber sat.

 

"Somber." She said, happy to see him but worried about Stacy.

Somber continues his strumming, looking out into the night sky. The moon was full, and the stars were giving off tons of shine. He only wanted Star to come out here... To hear his other song...

Rose was hiding low in the seat, reflecting about the horror of her situation. She MIGHT have accepted if Stacy hadn't asked in front of everypony! She jumped about a half a mile when Morningstar approached her. He had a face that reflected the shock and horror she felt, although if she thought about it, for incredibly different reasons. She just sat there, slouching, hoping not to be seen, looking at Morningstar and waiting for him to say whatever it was he clearly had to say.

After walking for a while stacy made it to her room and opened the door. She went in and threw her stuff on the floor. She opened her bags and wasnt surprised to find a bottle of some sort of alcoholic drink. *This is probably one of my mixes that i made a few month ago.* she thought. She took out a few shoot glasses but put them back. Instead she opened the bottle and began to drink it down little by little. *Wow this stuff is hard. I wonder what i put in it." She drank down some more and turned on her disk player putting in headphones. She looked at the shamrock rose had given her and felt something. Not hate...but something.

As he ended the song on the last chord, Somber looked back to Star, hoping for a good reaction.

 

"That... Is my song dedicated to you... Not the one on stage. I wanted to play this one especially for you, Star... Because... You are that odd one... You're my odd one, Star..."

 

He took off his guitar, and went to kiss her passionately.

When no pony responded and the confusion continued, Scamps got close to Airy, nearly in tears by now.

 

'Why won't anypony tell me? Is it something bad? Are we...doomed? No, this ship is nearly unsinkable...'

 

Looking up at Airy, Scamps asked with shaking hooves and a hint of tears in her eyes, "What's hapenning, Airy? Is it so bad that no pony can tell me?"

Star's lip quivered, She stood in silence for a second than before Somber stepped forward she ran up to him.

She threw her arms around him and kissed him on lips. 

When they broke she smiled. "I never knew I could love a pony this much... especially when I just met them."

After a few more sips stacy put the bottle away as she had become a little tipsy. Her mind was a little clouded but other than that she pretty much ok. *I should go tal...oh, darn i forgot her name. Uhh..." She thought to herself as she walked around her room. She went to the dresser and grabbed the shamrock and stuck it behind her ear. *Well i still need to go talk to her anyways.* stacy rushed out of her room and back to the auditorium. She saw Rose and Morning star. She quickly walked up behind morning star and came to his side, giving rose a look saying "how could you not have said anything? You made me look like a fool." But of course, Stacy wasnt mad, she was more upset.
