Stacy looked down at her leg. "I think i broke it earlier. It hurts a lot, i dont think i can straighten it." She said trying to move it but immediately pulled it back as the pain shot up her leg again. Stacy looked at Rose with worry in her eyes, "What am i supposed to do?"

Rose looked at Stacy concernedly. "I can put it in a splint for you... But you'll need to avoid putting weight on it." As she said this, she snapped two straight branches from a nearby tree, and wrapped tape around them and Stacy's leg to secure it.

 

(OOC: My friends are making me play Risk. I'll try and pay attention.)

As Somber was lifted, he could already tell Star was going to be in pain. 

 

"Star... Don't do this if it's going to risk your wing getting injured again... I can walk with you... I can't run though, but I can walk."

He got himself out of the sling, and stood next to Star, trying not to show that he was in a bit of pain.

Stacy watched as Rose put a splint on her leg. "Thanks." Stacy paused a second to think. "Hey, Rose. Im...im sorry about earlier. I had a little chat with Scamps." She looked away a little ashamed.

"I guess i was a little to protective of you. And also im sorry i tried to kill myself on the boat..and...over all im just sorry."

Rose smiled sadly. "Don't worry about it. I understand. You've been having hard time lately..." She was almost a little... too understanding. Rose hoped she hadn't unnerved Stacy with it, nor given away her recent revelation. At the moment, it would only make things worse.

Even if she got help from the others, at this rate the raft Moonbeam was trying to build could only hold the group for, at most, an hour or two. She let out an audible noise of frustration. "It will have to do," she said, exasperated. As she worked, she looked out into the jungle, hoping her friends would soon arrive.

 

"Firecracker..." she whispered longingly.

Stacy was able to look at Rose again. Something in her voice wasnt right, almost like regret. *Dose she...no. She couldnt possibly think i was a bad choise.......right?* stacy looked around her. "Rose...is there something youre not telling me?" She asked, her tone was worried that her assumption might be correct.

[Miss Light Diamond 2,802]

"I was hoping you would say that... Now lets get the buck outta here." She said, Throwing the sling off her back then looking at Stacy and Rose. "Guys... We have to get to the beach... Now." She said, Giving Somber support as the trotted into the jungle towards the beach.

Somber limped alongside of Star, heading down to the beach. His past nightmares still played well in his head...

 

A groaning was heard of inside the trash can, as a zebra emerged from the bin, holding his head.

"What... What happened? Those ponies I... Wait. They are not caved in?! They will pay...."

Firecracker had just made it to the beach where he saw Moonbeam, with a raft besides her. "Is that for if that volcano is starting to erupt before a boat comes by here?" he asked. "Also,are you sure that will hold all of us? Like how many of us are on this island?"

Rose looked a little uncomfortable. "It's... Well, there's something, but it's nothing to do with Spark. Don't worry about it right now. We should get to the beach. It sounded like Moonbeam had a plan, and we should leave the drama for when we get off the island, don't you think?" She started walking toward the beach, flicking her tail in an invitation for the others to follow.

Stacys heart dropped slightly and laid her ears flat against her head. "Yeah, fine." Was all she said and followed Rose to the beach where she saw Moonbeam had built a raft. Stacy went and sat by herself while things got worked out by everyone else. She wanted to think about everything she had done on the trip so far.

"It can just hold us and our friends for a little while. I don't know how long. Could you help me finish it? If Spark shows up soon, then with both of your magic, we might be able to finish it soon enough. I sure hope we don't need it though."

 

Moonbeam had a somber expression. She hugged Firecracker tight for comfort as she spoke. Then they got back to work on the raft.

"Yea, of course I'll help! If we can get this done soon enough, we might have enough time to make it stronger!" he answered while returning Moonbeam's hug.  "Which parts are awaiting completion?" he asked.

Somber and Star had reached the beach, seeing that Moonbeam and Firecracker were making some sort of raft. Instead of helping, Somber had decided to sit under a palm tree, grabbing one of the giant leaves, which surprisingly could cover his whole body, and hid under it. He didn't want to be bothered by anyone other than Star...

It broke Rose's heart to see Stacy like that, but it couldn't be helped .She had to focus on getting them home. She smiled at the hastily-constructed raft, and used her magic to summon forth sap from a nearby tree to plug holes in the floor of it. "Hopefully it'll help when it hardens," she said. She also started collecting extra branches to use to further construct it, making sure they were straight and hardy before putting them in the pile.

*Alright...lets go through and think. Whats happened so far?* stacy began to think to herself. "Lets see. We went to the spa, and then i embarrassed her at mic night. Ship sinks and i try to kill myself. I attacked Spark right infront of her. And now...this. Damn i gave her a lot of reasons to not like me. No wonder shes second guessing about chosing me." She said quietly to herself. "Not to mention im a bucking alcohilic." Stacy sighed in frustration and went to collect wood to help build the raft, avoiding Rose as much as she could.

Moonbeam pointed to different parts of her makeshift raft as she spoke. "This part needs to be reinforced, and the whole thing isn't bound together too well."

 

She then noticed Star approaching. Somber hid there too, but she assumed he didn't want to be bother. She greeted her friend with a big hug. "Star! It's great to see you! You should do what you can to tend to you wing and Somber, and if you can, we could always use help with the raft."

Firecracker then used his magic to help reinforce the part she said about. "How much time 'till the volcano erupts?" Firecracker asks as he is using rope he found somewhere on the beach to tie the logs together, "Just hope that some fisherpony or whatever comes by soon..."  (OOC: I'm done for tonight.)

Star hugged Moonbeam. "Somber is in allot of pain... And I have done all I can for my wing, All it needs now is time to heal. And There was a whole bunch of bamboo a little ways into the forest, I will go and try to cut some down... It will help keep the boat afloat." She smiled and trotted back into the forest.

Bright Spark had heared the others talking. People were once again, leaving him out of important talks.

It looked like things were back to normal then.

He go out of the spring, but with nothing to dry himself off with, he just shrugged and went on regardless. It appeared they were around building a make-shift raft. (even though im sure the origional wasnt broken) He wnt over to see if he could help.

While everyone else was working, nobody had noticed that Somber had built himself a palm leaf fort, blocking him from any contact with the others. He just wanted to be alone. He found a stick next to him and started to doodle in the sand. It started out with simple pics, like a bird or a small leaf. Then, subconsciously, he drew him and Star together, what looked like they were about to get married... He immediately saw this and rubbed it out with this hoof. 

 

What the... Why did I do that? Do I actually... No, no way... I love her, but I don't want to go THAT far...

As time passed stacy grew bored gathering wood and went back to the part of the beach where they had landed yesterday. Of course there was still a lot of stuff laying around. Looking around she found a suitcase and emptied out the contents, and began to load the canned food into it. *the other ponies sure did make a good pile of food.* she thought to herself. She even put a few saddlebags in it along with a few CDs, music player, and other stuff. She found a rope an tied it around the handle and pulled it back to where the raft was.

"I don't know. I'm afraid it will erupt soon. I hope a ship comes by soon."

 

Then Moonbeam spied Spark approaching. "Hey, Spark, could you please help Firecracker with this," she called. She also saw Stacy in the distance. Good, maybe they would get off this island together afterall.

 

Another rumble could be heard in the distance. This one was louder.

Bright Spark nodded "yeah, sure. I can try to do that." He went over to where she had asked. "what exactly are you doing? i mean i know i can help." Bright Spark felt almost as if he had recoverd from that expierience with the cliff. As of now, he wasnt going to think such things.

  "Oh, hey Spark, remember when I said I would have been your best friend if I were in that orphanage too? I actually meant it." Firecracker explained to him in an attempt to comfort him. He then heard the other rumble. "We better pick up the pace!" he called out.
