Personality: Loyal to those she sees worthy/trustworthy of it. cunning,  short tempered, quiet. She is a strong fighter

 

Bio/backstory: She grew up in the wastes of sydneigh, a place brutally ravaged by magical radiation during the griffon-pony war. When soldiers came into the wastes and slaughtered all the other mutants, she managed to escape due to fooling the invaders with a gas mask and armor she found a few years earlier. She has a burning hatred for Celestia, due to the fact the soldiers armor bore her mark.

 

She constantly has the gas mask that saved her life, either slung around her neck or actually wearing it. 

 

During her wandering she made friends with Rainbow dash.

This brings up an interesting question. How do these elements work in contrast to the Elements of Harmony. Example: Is a level 9 Light\Dark\Nature\Chaos user the same as a Mane Six Harmony user or are they lower\higher?

 

Is L,D,N,C the only elements non mane 6 characters can level in or can the have levels in the elements of Harmony. ex: level 6 Honesty

 

How do people level up and how is it determined who is the awesome level 9's vs the lower levels. DO people gain levels as the advance in the rp? Can they be promoted via the Generals and commanders in the field? Is a DM the only one who can level up a player?

Perhaps, give a max number of 'skill points' unicorns are allowed to allocate? That would be a nice system to introduce overall, but why does nature beat chaos? Chaos is fire, which burns plants, and is doused by the dark water. Just a thought.

HI guys! I just got word I was promoted to a DM position! Yay! But really, I wanted to post to you about my own restrictions in this. During the day, while Berry or Meta are on, I yeild to what they say if they are on. If they aren't, I'll step in. My job is also to help out as we grow with approving ponies(Which I will most likely not do unless urgent) and make sure the Rp stays fair. Its a war, everyone wants to win., totally cool. I will make sure it stays fair, MOSTLY after hours, like after 6pm central when the primary mods aren't on. Pretty much consider me useless unless its after 6.  Berry and Meta were kind enough to let me do this. I thank them both.

Sorry for not bringing this up... TECHNICALLY,  according to this system, the EoH, with their elements are light 9/ nature 9. For equivelent.

 

Twilight is, without her element, a light 6/ nature 6/ dark 3/ chaos 1, for another example.

 

You level up like everyone else on the army does- a high ranking person (Me [Luna], Higushari [Celestia], Berryzoid! [Twilight], or Obsidian Winter [Applejack] decides you are ready after you apply (A PM to Me and Obsidian or Higu and Berry, depending) and then you will rank up in a post.

 

You level up magic wise by BOTH studying magic and by using it. It takes a lot longer to level every level after 4, and I will only be handing out Lv.9's to a few. Basically, you have to train like heck and win the mysterious lottery.

 

Questions? I want to get these down so that Berryzoid can record this on the front page of the OOC (and the RP).
