I'd say my favorite console would have to be the PlayStation 3, although I have tried other gaming consoles aside from PlayStation but personally the PS3 is by far my favorite, while the PS4 being the second.

PS Vita. I absolutely loved my DSI and spent most of my childhood playing it, but somehow the Vita is more personal to me. Might be the fact that around the time I got my Vita, I discovered that "Anime games" are a thing. It just gives me so much nostalgia, it was such a easy and fun time. It really makes me sad that the Vita flopped here, it was really a good handheld. 

But for non-nostalgic reasons; I think the PS4 is solid, I'm using it for more than 5 years now and I didn't had any difficulties with it. Although when it comes to gaming, i'd still prefer playing on a PC (even though I totally suck at playing with a Mouse and Keyboard lmao.)

Sega Genesis. Nothing will ever replace the joy I had at the age I first played games like Sonic 1, 2, 3, & Knuckles, Castle/World of Illusion, Virtua Racing, and many others. <3

Actually, it's the Nintendo Wii for me.  It was the first game system I owned that had virtual console capability, and the fact that it had so many different systems that it could emulate was a major plus.  And it had a bunch of killer apps to boot, like SMG 1 and 2, Super Smash Bros Brawl, and New Super Mario Bros U.  Not to mention that it was nigh supernatural how I got it:  the day after Christmas in 2007, I was walking through Meijer, and there it was---one of the hottest items at the time, right there in the display case!

Fun story:  I nearly drove myself nuts repairing it when its disk drive stopped working---but I found a replacement that actually worked and succeeded in replacing the drive!

Even funnier:  I'm actually playing through Subspace Emissary, and have been these past several days!  I'm working my way through the Great Maze now.  I think SSE had its issues, but I also think it was vastly superior to World of Light.
